Love Stewart Air Conditioning. Replaced my downstairs air unit in Georgetown and helped me upgrade all thermostats to smart thermostats(ecobee3). Price was very good, but even better was how professional everyone was every step. Showed up on time and finished quicker than expected, and cleaned up all messes, these guys were fantastic. J in the office helped us with our home owners warranty too, which was a huge bonus to us since we had just moved into house less than a month. I’ll definitely be using them again.

First, ignore the one-star review below… that’s for a North Carolina location, not Lexington, KY! These guys are top notch. Great prices, wonderful call staff, and very honest and kind technicians. See my review for Comfort Heating and Air to see what my A/C issues were and why I sought out another A/C company. I ended up settling on Stewart A/C and could not be more pleased. Prices were much MUCH better than the other place and the technician(Tom) was a nice, honest guy and didn’t try to push any product or service on me. He also gave me some good pointers to help out with the day to day operation of our system. With so many thieves out there taking advantage of the desperate costumer who’s A/C goes out on them in the summer, it’s a breath of fresh air to find such a great go-to company. We will be using Stewart Heating and Air exclusively from here on out. A+ service and prices, can’t beat it.

Called to schedule a tech on Wed. morning 7:45am. Said they would be out Wed. evening or Thursday morning. Did not come out Wed. so called to see when they would be here on Thurs. was told that would be here Thurs sometime… Called back at lunch today to get a time estimate and was told that they would try to get here by Friday evening or Monday. CSR was totally rude… I wish I had know on Wed. now trying to call someone else.

We had Stewart and Air(apex, NC) install our AC in our new home 7 – 8 years ago, which cost us $ 20,000. We have had issues with the unit 3 or 4 times since the installation. My husband was out of town last week, when our system stopped working. I called Friday night around 8 pm, and left a message. Then called Saturday, late morning and was told they have my name and were working thru their back log, and that someone would be here Saturday or Sunday. It is now Monday night and I have not even received a phone call. This is not good Customer service. I believe they should have at least called by now to give me status call, of when I might be able to expect someone! So, my experience has not been the best.

I’ve dealt with Stewart’s for approx. 19 yrs. and always got excellent service. I just had a new furnace and a/c unit installed. They were very professional, clean, and reasonably priced. Thank God for companies like Stewart’s.
