Some companies will diagnose your system as needing replacement at once and justify it by quoting large prices to make repairs which (to their way of explaining) will be a waste of time and money.
And then there are companies like Donnie Rowe who will tell you what you’re dealing with, quote a reasonable price to repair, explain the risks of waiting to replace, and quote a much more competitive price if you decide you do want to go ahead and replace the whole unit now.
In the conversations I’ve had with the company, Donnie Rowe has answered the phone himself, been very professional, courteous, and customer service oriented.
I highly recommend this firm based on these first experiences with them.

We have hired Donnie Rowe’s three times now, and we always recommend them to our friends and family. They charge a reasonable service fee ($ 79) and are upfront about how much they charge for freon, etc. Many other companies will not tell you the cost of their freon or other services over the phone, so I appreciate this about Donnie Rowe; there are no surprises! Donnie and his technicians are friendly and well kept. They seem like a wholesome bunch of everyday guys, so I feel very comfortable having them in/​around my home. The only downside to choosing Donnie Rowe’s is they seem to book up fast. We had to wait a couple days this last time. However, they are upfront about your wait time, too. They gave us a date and time, and were punctual. I highly recommend them!
