the boyfriend likes it. i find it bland and a little more than overcooked. it reminds me of greek food with some sort of healthy california coast vibe going on. which means of course that all my favorite parts of meditteranean cuisine are just missing from the menu. i understand the healthy angle, but why not bake some falafel as opposed to deep frying it? you can serve sandwiches, but not gyros — the closest is the greek chicken pita? and honestly the steak kabobs are so past the point of well-done it’s more like eating lightly seasoned cubes of beef jerky. at least while he can have his healthy… whatever this is… there’s more food for me to eat in the shopping center.

Good food especially if you are on a diet. Love the gruben. Restaurant is new and clean. Service was good. Healthy kids menu — they even have fresh made limeade. Nice comfortable atmosphere. I wish they had more fixins like café express. Pepperoncinis would be awesome.

If your trying to eat healthy or you want something tasty, but lite and not greasy; I recommend Zoe’s kitchen. This eatery is located within a shopping center. When pulling up to the place, it’s clean from the outside and very modern from the inside. They offer chicken and beef kabobs, pita bread, humus, salads to new a few. On my particular visit, I had the family meal which included all of that mentioned. The meal was about $ 42 and was enough to feed 6 people – no problem. The food is made to order, the place was clean and the furniture was uniquely chosen to fit their color schemes inside the dining room area. The employees were helpful in answering my questions and courteous. The bathroom was also modern and very clean. The food tasted wonderful, looked tasty upon arrival and was very fresh. No grease here. Out of the family meal, I enjoyed the beef kabob and the salad the most. However, all the food was delicious. The only negative I have is the chicken kabobs were dry and not as tasty as expected of a chicken kabob.

Zoës offers so many great healthy options at an affordable price. My personal favorite is the chicken kabob plate which comes with two kabobs skewers and you can pick two sides. My favorites sides are the pasta and hummus and make sure to ask for the cucumber sauce it goes very well with the chicken kabobs. The portions are a good size and you could easily share with someone or have leftovers for the next day. Even when you are eating healthy here, the one thing that is hard to pass up is the chocolate chip cookie(See the picture I posted) it is worth every calorie lol.

Zoe’s Kitchens are popping up all over the place, and I’m so so glad that this one is extremely close to where I live. The establishment is always clean, the service is always patient and friendly, and the food is always fresh! What more is there to ask for? They have such a plethora of flavorful, healthier options than you can get at many places, so Zoe’s is a great choice if you are looking for a healthy meal but are over going to salad bars everyday. They have plenty of seating choices if you want to eat in including tables outside, and take out doesn’t take very long either. You can’t really lose here. For my entrée I go for either the roll-ups or chicken kabobs. I still have some exploring to do on the menu, but from what I’ve tried so far I’ve only not liked the chicken salad sandwich. It was extremely bland and dry, similar to their potato salad and pasta salad. I stick to rice pilaf as my side option. And for goodness sake, please don’t leave here without ordering hummus! My personal favorite is the basil pesto, but I like the other two flavors as well. And they come with delicious pita bread or chips– I ask for both. It’s easy for me to say that this is a great location, and it has become one of my regular places now.

Fresh, healthy and delicious! The one restaurant that the whole family can agree upon! Our four year old loves it just as much as everyone else!

First time I had Zoe’s was takeout. Got the steak kabob(which comes with steamed veggies and roasted potatoes) for $ 11.69. I added a side of tziziki sauce for an additional $ 0.79. I guess they name their tziziki sauce«Cucumber Raita.» Not bad at all! Chunky cucumbers. Their steak, although seasoned nicely, was cooked well done(making it tough to chew). Their steamed veggies looked old and tasted bland. The roasted potatoes(which is like chunky mashed potatoes) were roasted and flavored. Unfortunately, the potatoes and Raita sauce was all that l I liked on my order. Would I go here again? NEH. I prefer Tasty Greek or Platia. Zoe’s also serve hummus, chicken, salads, pitas, kabobs, 2 kinds of pizzas, etc., but no gyros.

At tad on the $$$ side. New, clean, good service. I had the chicken kabobs. It was good, but not great, and for the money, not much food.

I ordered the salmon kabob and it was good. One of my favorite dishes here. Also have ordered the chicken salad and Greek salad. The management and service employees are very friendly and good customer service.

The food was actually really good here. We have something similar in Cali but this was better in must admit. The ingredients were fresher and tastier. The hummus was also really, really good.

Had dinner there last night with my husband and toddler. What l love is that we all can get something we like, and I don’t feel guilty for eating out! I had the chicken kabobs and they were amazing! My husband had the chicken club pita with white beans and loved it. As for my toddler, we got him hummus and a cup of chicken an orzo soup! He ate it all! He’s a toddler so you know what that means… he’s super picky and says no to everything! Zoes hummus is amazing! I love that you can still just get it plain if you want too. It’s nice to see employees out in the restaurant! They were wiping where the drinks are and cleaning the tables. I was glad to see they cared about the restaurant. There’s nothing more annoying then sitting down at a dirty table and that’s never happened to me here :) So, excellent job Zoes kitchen!

such yummy food! greek style, but americanized. really good humus/pita. my favorite dish is the steak kabobs. they use a balsamic marinade, which i’m usually not too fond of, but this one is undeniable! no issues subbing sides(if you want the salad instead of potatoes, or humus instead of veggies). always great openings — i’ve been to 2 — get your free sport cup and 30 days of free refills! there’s a brand new one by my work in Colleyville that opened today, but they’re not showing up on Unilocal yet.

I would give them a zero if I could. I waited ONEHOUR for one chicken wrap and after an hour(when someone actually asked what I was waiting on) I was told they hadn’t even cooked it! WTH? I know Zoe’s has good food from eating at other locations but today was a poor example of how you run a business. It’ll be a long time before I come back to this location.

Friendly staff with unique food choices makes this restaurant a winner. Their steak kabobs are excellent. The chicken kabobs are okay, but steak is a hundred times better. The red pepper hummus is also excellent.

FIRSTREVIEW: 5 star Glad it’s here! Nice choice after the lake. Open, bright and plasticky. Pretty much like rest of them otherwise. Salmon kabobs were great. Not fishy. Chocolate cake always good if you get a thick piece. Sometimes the thin ones aren’t good in general. This trip deserved a five star. SECONDREVIEW: 1 star To go order of salmon kabobs were so disgusting and smelly we had to air out the house. My Jack Russell Terrier even whimpered but ate it all anyway. Wife called the manager and he said he would check the supply. It was effing DISGUSTING. We were offered a free meal but my love affair with Zoe’s ended.

So excited for this Castle Hills location, as we usually have to go to the Shops at Legacy. The usual– Chicken Salad Sandwich with a side of their pasta salad. Both dishes are mayonnaise– free which is why we love Zoes. Hubby gets the Zoes Club Pita with a side of hummus– even though there’s a .79 up charge the hummus is worth it. Thank you Zoes for your fresh food and friendly people… and most of all for coming to Castle Hills!

We had dinner here at Zoe’s new addition, the Castle Hills location this evening. It was great! The location is great, located directly in front of the new Kroger marketplace neighboring Pie Five and Pei Wei(all brand spankin’ new as well). I opted for the shrimp kabob plate which came with seasoned rice, a Greek salad and a cucumber slaw. All super yummy and perfectly seasoned. We also had a hummus and pita bread appetizer. There was only a few slices of pita bread which we quickly ran out of, but they kept bringing us more of it! Warm and doughy! Super good. Service was friendly and our food was out very quick despite it being the dinner rush. Great new addition to the neighborhood!
