if you like garlic get the garlic sauce, it is so good i just it it plain with pita bread.

i have been coming to Fadi for a few years now and enjoy it every time. Mediterranean food doesn’t get better than the food here.

This place is absolutely awful. The staff was rude and didn’t help with any of our questions. We ordered the falafel plate and the server accidently made his own mistake and put a scoop of extra food that didn’t go with it. He then went to the cashier, told her his mistake, and the cashier whispered to him saying «don’t worry, I’ll charge him something else». We got the receipt and saw they charged us for the meat specialty plate which cost $ 11.99 while the falafel (which is what we ordered) cost only $ 5.99. When we sat down to our meal, the food was bland and only slightly warm. This place just sells glorified cafeteria food served by a terrible staff. Don’t waste your time.

This is very good even for the style or kind of buffet ordering.
The pita bread and Hummus is one of the best.

I have been dining at this Fadi’s location for a little over ten years and am still a huge fan. The wide variety of healthy foods is mouth-​watering, and I could eat here every day!
The restaurant is set up so that you go through a line and point out the various foods you would like. If you are looking to try a little bit of everything, get the «sampler» which allows you to taste all of the different salads, vegetables, and try a variety of hummus’. You can get a vegetarian sampler or choose a meat to go along with it; I usually fill up on the veggies and salads and can’t even make room to eat a meat, too. The baked chicken is tender and juicy, and the baked fish is also very flavorful and healthy.
You must try the roasted cauliflower (when available), the potatoes, and the pasta salad! These are my favorite items, although I haven’t tried a single item at Fadi’s that I didn’t love. There is also a wide selection of desserts at the counter, if you have room to eat any of them. You also get up to two pitas to enjoy with your meal — either white or wheat. The freshly-​juiced drinks are very tasty, as well.
Lunch time and weekends can be very busy, but it is definitely worth the wait for a table, if needed. You can also order items to go and take them home with you. The portion sizes for «to go» items are very generous and inexpensive.
There are coupons periodically in the local «Ad Pages» that gets mailed to most residences; also Groupon has deals on occasion for this restaurant. Even without the coupons, Fadi’s is relatively inexpensive and worth every dime. The food is fresh, healthy, and delicious; the staff is always friendly and cheerful.
There are several Fadi’s locations and I have tried them all; however this one is my favorite location.

I go to fadi’s pretty often. Quality is consistent. Very good variety for both veg and non veg dishes. The reason they got 5 stars is their great customer service. One time my daughter broke a platter and they cleaned it up right away without making us feel bad. They were very nice and understanding about it. Today I didn’t get my grilled items after waiting for 15 minutes. They apologized and gave me free lunch for my next visit. Don’t forget to check in and receive a free baklawa.

Loved the place. very fresh and tasty food. If you like Mediterranean food then this eatery is a must visit.

Horrible. Rude staff. Always try to over charge me. I got the special 3 sides and one meet no drink paid $ 15.99 food was not fresh. Asked for my beef to be well done the guy gave me a bad look and started helping the next customer. When you get a bread basket make sure it has been cleaned and make sure the bread is clean too. They return food from customers plate to the counter to resell.

We went to Fadi’s in Frisco because we purchased a Groupon; but it was the best Fadi’s experience we have had since the first one opened at Knox and Central Expressway in Dallas. Unfortunately, sometimes the food can be uneven downtown now.
We like the Sampler Plate with One Meat Choice. Your meat choice is any meat they have! And in any form they have it! Kabob, Shawarma, Baked, Gyro — Fish, Chicken, Beef, Lamb. We both had the tender «perfectly pink inside» lamb shank ($ 1 extra) with its delicious sauce and our favorites from the hummus, salads and vegetables. Savory. Wonderful. All cooked and seasoned well. Pillowy yet textural pita and some of the best baba ghanoush ever. Spacious dining area and very clean. Smiling service and they even gave us our free Check-​In baklava!

Good place for Mediterranean cuisine. Being a vegetarian options are a little limited. But never the less nice place to have a decent dinner.

I came back in and found the food to be very good! My son enjoyed the experience as well!

I love this place! The food is made fresh every single day and there are so many different healthy foods to choose from. The people are always very friendly and the prices are a little more expensive in the evening then the day, so I suggest taking advantage of the $ 7.99 lunches.
The bread is fresh and taste so good although I don’t really care for the brown bread.
The baklava is absolutely addicting.
You won’t be disappointed.

I ordered the sample platter with the lamb kabob. This was easily the worst food I’ve ever had!!! I’m not even sure the meat was lamb. It was so burned and greasy I could not tell what it was. It tasted nothing like lamb, and I have had my share of lamb meat. It is usually my favorite. The best thing I had was the greek salad, and it didn’t even have greek olives or dressing. I will never go there again. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.

Food was ok, the bread was stale but I ordered delivery and called 2 times to see where the food was after two hours. My food also looked like it was thrown in a bag. Not vey appetizing

Without a doubt, Fadi’s is my favorite restaurant in Frisco. Fresh and healthy food (which is unusual for me, by the way) served in a cafeteria format, but the flavors of hummus, salads, and schwarma meats are all great!
They don’t serve alcohol, but you can apparently bring your own… although I never have. It is not a fancy place at all. You don’t go for atmosphere or ambiance. It’s just good food.

It’s a solid spot for Lebanese /​Mediterranean food. I rarely actively search for that category of food because I get enough (and the best homemade quality) at home thanks to my mother’s wisdom, but regardless their food is still an authentic representation of the dishes they make here.
The couscous is one of my favourites. The lamb shanks are moist, the chicken shwarma has a delicious smokiness to it. Seems like a good place for people who do not/​can not cook this food at home. The baklava is dry and not to my taste at all (do not like it). Prices are a little high for paying for salads, tabouleh and greens so I try to lean on getting more of the fried cauliflower, green beans, eggplant, spinach hummus etc. that are worth the $.

Is it me or is this place going downhill? The food just didn’t have any flavor today. A little fresh lime juice goes along! I very rarely give a bad review but the last few times I’ve had lunch here the food just wasn’t any good.

Great food and a ton of it. $ 11 buys an incredible amount of authentic Mediteranan food. The lamb shank was awesome! Everyone in our party loved the food and enjoyed the experience.

I love the food at Fadi’s. I visited often when I used to live in Houston. I never had any service issues there. But it’s my lesson that not all Fadi’s are the same.
In Houston, they always asked me HALF or FULL side. I can try many half sides instead or having a huge portion of something I might not like. So I assumed they understand this and I say things like full side of greek salad or half of this, etc. The girl serving me mid-​line was extremely rude. I was ordering two samplers and I told her to put some roasted veggies in a particular container. She says to me «they’re both the same.» No they weren’t. One of them had cucumber salad and one didn’t. After telling her exactly where to put the roasted veggies on the one without cucumber salad… I see her roll her eyes like I’m crazy. I’m sorry for trying to make her job easier? I know I’m not the most difficult customer she will have to deal with and she needs to have a better attitude.
I hope I won’t see her again on my next visit.
