Rotolo’s Pizzeria

I thought this place was pretty okay. We had decent service and there was a good beer selection, and pizza was absolutely perfect after a few flights right next door at Lone Star.
We dined in; however, I will say that this is the go-​to delivery place for Lone Star Taps and Caps. We saw many deliveries come to tables next to us, and the delivery seemed to be fast and friendly. I would probably order a pizza to Lone Star, but likely will not dine in again.

Love this place. Angry Pig is the BOMB. Make sure to get the hand tossed dough. Everything else is pretty good but the pizza is the best choice.

Not to shabby. Salad and Calzone yummy. Calzone need to be cooked a little longer.

Excellent food, Great service! The ranch and marinara alone were enough to come back for. Wednesday was calzone day… not sure if that or the breadsticks were better, they were both amazing! The wings were nice and meaty, and I really liked the sauce as well.

Been wanting to check this place out for a while and finally did. Cute place, nice servers, food was good and decently priced. Will be back!

Austin, the Hipster bartender was really a pro… And deserves a raise, if not a management position.

They had Abita on tap and a soccer game on one of the tvs, so I immediately got a great positive vibe upon entering. Hostess was super friendly. Ordered «The Krewe» and the Tre Meatballs. Both excellent! I was surprised this place didn’t have a bigger crowd for a Sunday afternoon.

The service and food was amazing. The bruschetta appetizers and pizza were excellent. This was our first time there but we will definitely be back.
They also work closely with local school to help promote and cultivate homegrown products which is just a plus.

I am so glad this place came to The Colony.
The pizzas, the traditionals and non-​traditionals, are so unique. My favorite is the Angry Pig. I am vegetarian and this place will make most pizzas vegetarian. What I love is that they will also switch up the sauces on their pizza, if you like. They are very accommodating. The staff also knows their stuff. They will let you know which pizza taste great with the regular crust or the wheat crust. Their wheat crust is delicious, with just a hint of sweetness.
They offer many pizza sizes. 1 thing to note, I wouldn’t order a 14″ that has a lot of sauce. The middle gets soggy.

Excellent selection of Dallas craft beers.
I was very impressed with the service at the bar. Austin works his ass off. More importantly, he recognizes me as I have continued to return to this pizza joint, now mostly on Thursdays for trivia, but he always gets my drink right. The pizza is always fantastic and i never leave disappointed.

Nice and clean, excellent service, Coke products, the pizza could use more sauce and was cooked about a minute short. Ask for the the garlic butter dipping sauce.

In my search for a better carry out pizza joint, we gave this a try. This location does not deliver so I picked up a pie and some Garlic Parmesan bites.
The Meat Feast pizza is rather doughy with a sweet sauce. The meat toppings were generous and excellent, especially the canadian bacon. Next time, we may opt for the thin crust as there was too much bread for our taste. The GP bites were a nice treat, they could have used more of that garlic butter sauce to make these wickedly good.
The location itself is nice, they have a great bar area and patio. I don’t think this will be our go-​to place for carry out pizza but may be a nice place to hang out and grab some drinks.

We came here on President’s Day, and immediately noticed they were short-​staffed. There were only two servers for a restaurant packed full of people for lunch. Yet, I have never seen two people work so hard in a restaurant in my life. We still had everything we needed, and our food came out relatively quickly. We really enjoyed the crispy, unique buffalo chicken wrap and calzone. They have a great selection of local beer as well. We will definitely be back!

Pizza fresh and hot. Wings are baked not fried. Great place for Saints fans on game day.

Great Pig Pie every time. I’ve had pizzas called The Pig in a variety of places but this one tops them all. Nice patio and great craft and domestic draft beer selection. Service has always been spot on with a knowledgeable team. Like their pizza, the décor is spot on a plentiful. Great treat in the east Lewisville area. We will be back real soon.

First, service was amazing. I had the Italian calzone and wife had personal pizza both were great. For dessert we had their brownie, fantastic.
If you are looking for a laid back atmosphere, some great pizza/​calzone and a wide selection of adult beverages this place has it.

Excellent food. We tried two different calzones. The angry pig and the Krewe. Both were very large and very tasty. Got the history of the place and their the official pizza of the new Orleans saints. Great specials during the week. We found a cowboys helmet stuck in the corner. We will be back.

First trip even though we have passed it 200 times. The 3 star review pretty much kept us away.
Frikkin service is a way beyond 5 star. Mason immediately engaged. Austin recommends bad ass beers. Barry the manager is way over the top. This is what happens when Louisiana hospitality meets Italian. We order 8″ pizzas as sometimes larger pizzas can be mushy. The pizza was absolutely beautiful. Thin crust wheat… OMG…been searching for wheat forever. The thin wheat is fantastic, never had better wheat crust.
Pie Five was so disgusting that I couldn’t even think of pizza for the last month.
Rotolos is amazing! Why haven’t I stopped here before damnit. We will be back. I don’t like any other pizza in North Texas or anywhere for that matter. Last good pizza I had before here was Woodys in Boulder CO in 2005 and Conans in Austin back in the 1980s. So this may be the best pizza I’ve had in 3 decades.

I have been coming here since it opened.
Service and food are off the chain. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would.

Been noticing we had a new place to eat near our hood. Just dropped in around 2:30pm a few days before Christmas with the teens to grab a late lunch. Weekdays 11 – 4 they offer a pick 2 for 7.99 which includes soup, salad, half sandwich options. Typical pizzeria décor and atmosphere. Nice bar area with seating for about 10. Beer selection is great with several LA, TX to choose from and a MA, MS and Belgium in there to please.
About 8 flat screens so you’re sure to see the game from most seats. They are running a special right now for the holidays where you buy one feed one– for every $ 20 gift card they will donate a meal to the local food bank. Runs till ¹²⁄₃₁. I see a case of gelato near the bar.
Ordered two of the pick 2 specials and one chicken Alfredo entrée.
The chicken Alfredo is good. So is the creamy artichoke soup. The only thing I ha r to suggest– and I stress please– too salty. Everything was too salty. Maybe it’s just my taste buds today. The bread and meats tasted fresh on my Italian club.
I may have to give another chance. $ 33.56 for three of us-​$ 12/​person…
