Still not sure how this chain stays in business. It’s lipstick on a Subway. Sadly, Subway may be ahead of the curve here as they at least toast sandwiches and provide breakfast options. Got a sandwich here less than a month ago and the quality was just depressing. The meat was sub-​par, the bread was bleh, and the chips were… just chips. A poor decision on my part, but I was in a hurry and it was right there. Should’ve stopped at KFC…

The dine-​in lunch service was stellar (friendly, cheerful, appreciative, accurate, and fast). My 8″ turkey sub had the fresh, tasty JJ bread, along with fair amounts of delicious meat and toppings. The dining area was clean, with cool classic rock background music. Sweet!

Ordered a sandwich online and it was totally wrong. There was no way to fix it online, and I had no way of calling, so I had to just deal with it. Never ordering from here again.
