Imagine you are pregnant, sore and uncomfortable at 7 months. Your husband gets you the best Christmas present ever of a prenatal massage. The masseuse comes to your room so you don’t even have to leave the comfort of your vacation hotel. You lie down and get 60 minutes of the most relaxing, calming massage you could ever imagine. All your aches and pains are gone and you couldn’t dream a better experience.
Unfortunately, that is all this was… a dream.
I booked a prenatal massage for my wife months in advance for Christmas. Tammy was supposed to come to our hotel room and give my wife a 60 minute massage. This did not happen. Did she give us a weeks notice? A couple days? No. Not only was the cancellation call about an hour before the appointment, but she didn’t even have the professionalism to call us! She called the hotel and fortunately they were able to get a hold of us because we were out at lunch. She didn’t give a reason, didn’t apologize, just said «I’m not coming». Apparently this has happened before with massages that were booked through the hotel. But, I booked this directly through Tammy and she should have had the nerve to call me. I sent her an email the morning of to confirm the appointment. When did she respond? A week later… AND got my wife’s name completely wrong.
If I could give negative stars I would. No one should rely on her, go somewhere else and avoid the time waste and disappointment.

Tammy does an incredibly fabulous job. You can tell she’s an experienced massage therapist that really listens to you and gives you what you need. Starting out with a foot soak pre-​massage is lovely. She’s right in downtown Leavenworth, and her set up is nice and comfortable. I like that there is the option for the massage to come to you, or have it at the studio. I can’t recommend this place enough– it is WONDERFUL. I’ll be making an appointment at Crescent Creek Massage every time we’re in Leavenworth.

Tammy is amazing! She can massage away any ache or pain with a magic touch. From the opening foot soak to the eye pillow… she thinks of everything to help a weary soul relax. It’s well worth the trip across the mountains from Seattle — and if you are in Leavenworth anyway — it’s a no brainer. I go see her every chance I get. Love her!
