I got up early and drove 2.5 hrs to my appointment on Christmas Day. I had been looking forward to it for weeks, and stressing about the pass conditions to get there on time. When I arrived I found out my appointment was for another day. I was very disappointed, but the staff was so nice and got us all set up for a day that work best with our schedule. This was the second year treating ourselves to this spa and we are looking forward to going back next year.

We did the couples Swedish massage and had an amazing experience. We were visiting during the holidays and called a few weeks ahead to book the appointment. It is a relatively small space but very nice. The cost was a little under $ 300 but well worth it. Both of the masseuses were very good about communicating with us and making adjustments. I have back problems and the masseuse handled that well. The massage was great but the after care was awesome. We were given chocolates and encouraged to use the wonderful showers that were fully supplied and included a blow dryer. I would highly recommend this spa after a long day of skiing.

I had a massage here with, I believe, Cecilia? Something like that — and the next day, a facial with Laurel. Both women were personable, respectful, knowledgeable, and talented.
The massage was nice but.. . not so fab that I felt like I had a new body (this has actually happened, well, felt like it anyway, in other cases).
The facial was very nice and Laurel and I really bonded over similar interests and partially similar backgrounds. They used high-​end, all-​natural treatment materials.
In truth I don’t think that in general massages nor facials DO all that much. But I was stuck in Leavenworth while husband was at work meetings and felt I deserved to be pampered.. . and I was.

One would think, after giving an AMEX card on file, after one mani-​pedi– that one would think there is a good relationship.
Not so.
I was denied service at 10 am, for a spa treatment. (June 2015) The service employee said to me, «You ARE intoxicated»
Pretty much the fun was not lost. I got cited for Trespassing.(they sent the cops to my house) I am a local. I was not in any way intoxicated, especially at ten am in the morning. Good God, I got a citation and not a massage.
These people already had my AMEX card recorded. They called Chelan Police Dept. and three vehicles surrounded my door.
Booking an appt. at this salon? It could cost you my fine to Chelan Police.
By the way, the salon was not worth the price. I have salon procedures everywhere and this place is over charging for the area.

Took my wife here for some TLC. A pleasure being here. Did the couples massage and fell asleep a couple of times, for a few seconds. Prices were a bit up there than I had expected, but then it is a resort area. Would definitely come here again.

After doing some research, we went to alpine spa because the pictures looked the nicest. They are nice and professional, but I feel as if they were a bit pricey (but everything in Leavenworth is pricier). I did expect a little bit more from the price. I will say that they put my fiancé to sleep during the massage!
