Gary was awesome. Helped me right away. Checked my brakes and tire traction so i could drive in the snow. Was right on and a real nice guy and competent mechanic. And everyone charges $ 90 an hour or more as the other reviews do not realize. He did not charge to look at things or test drive my car, so was very friendly and helpful.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I wish I could say the high prices are the only terrible thing about this shop.
First, he asked what I wanted with his back turned to me.
Second, he started charging us just to check what was wrong with the turning signal.
He got visibly upset when we decided against the $ 90/​hr labor he was going to charge to take off my tire to get to the turn sign which he hadn’t done before so couldn’t give me an estimate as to how long it would take…
Customer service is zero stars. Price is 1 – 2 stars.
The only plus is the 2% off price if you use cash or local check to pay. Otherwise, go somewhere else.
Oh, also he began smoking in the garage while his employee was driving my car out. With the windows down. So my car smelled like smoke through the draft of this review.

Way over priced and definitely not the kind, down home friendly service one would expect in a small town. But if you want to be overcharged, this is definitely the place to go.
