I can’t say thanks enough to the man working behind the counter at Cascade Auto Parts in Leavenworth, Wa, today. We got a «low coolant, pull over immediately» message from the car, and went to a competitor. They didn’t have the coolant. Then, we went to Cascade Auto Parts, and the man behind the counter was VERY helpful. He looked up the car, then double-​checked the website of the coolant manufacturer. He verified the coolant would work in the car, and our 120-​mile drive home was event-​less. Thank you!

Consistent, excellent customer service. Whenever I need anything, the employees here are knowledgeable and helpful. They will come out to my car to help me figure out what I need, and they even installed my windshield wipers for me! Small town service at it’s best.
