Worst service every time we go here. The food is good but the service is never timely! My family likes to go here for a quick local dinner (since there is never a wait here) with a large group but it NEVER turns out quick. We would have been better off eating across the street at jimmy changas and waited an hour to be sat. The waitress kept telling us I’ll be right back I need to take care of this other table real quick. She also did not put in our food at a timely manner and the table next to us, that ordered right before us, were getting Togo boxes before our food had even arrived. We spoke to the kitchen manager and he apologized numerous times for the service and tried his best to take care of the issue as we were paying out. The kitchen manager was great and food is good but service is always awful !!!

It’s always a hit or miss. Some days the food is great other days it’s not the greatest, the customer service skills as well. I haven’t been there since before I moved to New York but I spent a lot of times there. Even when the food wasn’t hitting my taste buds it was always a nice night out.

This is my second time there. We had Brandon as a waiter both times, and he was great! The food is so good! The moonshine chicken is my favorite. Good service. I have no complaints l I will be back!

Grade F!!! Showed up at 4:30 for an early dinner and no one was at the hostess stand for at least 7 minutes. Then, manager shows up, takes our headcount and tells us that it will be a few minutes while they clean up the restaurant. ??? The place was virtually empty!!! Apparently they had just gone through shift change and didn’t have it together at all. We ended up waiting at least 20 minutes for a seat! The manager finally sat us and took our order. We waited 40 minutes for the food and then asked the manager to check on it. She came back right afterward with our food in her hands and said «it only took me going back there to have it ready». She left us to eat OUR STONE COLD FOOD!!! She told us the dinners were on her and brought out new plates within 10 minutes. She asked me to cut into my steak to make sure it was cooked right and the entire steak was fat!!! NEVER AGAIN

My boyfriend and I went here hoping for the best. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The fried pickles were WAY too greasy, to the point that I had to blot them with my napkin. I got the filet and mashed potatoes. The potatoes tasted like cardboard. I did have to get my steak cooked a tiny bit more as it was pretty rare. This is no big deal because steaks can be tricky. The problem was that I had to wait an additional 10 – 15 min to get my steak back. My boyfriend had almost finished his by this time. The service was decent but I think it is the food that will keep us away from Logan’s in the future.

Myself, Manager and Key Account manager ate here for lunch. I had the Grill Salmon, rice pilaf and baked Sweet Potato. Very good, I will be bringing the family back.

Ate here on the way back to houston from Galveston.
Ordered moonshine chicken with a salad and a sweet potato. 10 minutes after eating here my stomach started hurting and I started burping dinner. Something was not right! I was a passenger in the car so I tried sleeping it off.
That didn’t work. I got home and threw up dinner. After throwing up, I still felt sick! I asked another person we ate with if they were feeling okay and he also said he felt horrible. He ordered steak with broccoli and a sweet potato.
I don’t know what it was exactly that made us sick but I will not go back. This was my first time at a Logan’s and will be my last.

Been here several times and the service never gets better. Don’t eat here unless you have a lot of time to sit around and wait. All the food I’ve had here is pretty good. It’s the customer service that needs work.

The food is on the mark for a franchise restaurant type but service is hit or miss. Visited this location occasionally for lunch or dinner and sometimes it’s in/​out in 45 minutes other times you spend 30+ minutes waiting on your food. Not good when you only have an hour lunch.

Absolutely terrible service and mediocre food at best. Went as an 8-​top and it took 30 minutes for the first four entrees to come out, 10 more minutes for two more and 15 minutes more for the last two… Seriously I have never experienced such poor service. First time, last time.

Very disappointed… I took my family for dinner on a Saturday night. We waited an hour to be seated, when we were finally seated, it too another 15 min for a server to take our drink order (2 Dr Peppers and 3 Sprites). While the server was getting our drinks, we noticed the waitstaff catering to tables drinking alcoholic beverages. It took over 10 min for us to get our drinks. We placed our order, we literally waited 45 min and decided we should just leave. Needless to say, we never ate. Horrible experience at Logans.

SO DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE SERVICE! I went with my parents because they wanted to go again and give it another try, because the first time they went it wasn’t that good.
We got there and it took 15 minutes for anyone to just take our drink order, and it wasn’t our waitress that took it it was the manager. And then the waitress finally took our order 20 minutes after we got our drinks.
I told her specific lol I want my burger medium (cuz I wanted medium rare but she says they don’t do that).
When I finally got my burger it was well done. So she took it back and I had to wait another 15 minutes.
My parents were done with there food by the time I got mine.
And it was the worse burger I have ever eaten, well top 5 worse burgers. We all had to brush our teeth when we got home it tasted horrible.
I would have given 0 stars but it didn’t give me that option.

Customer service: Hostess looked at us when we walked in and never said a word. She went and did something else and came back in about 3 minutes. By that time there were about 4 other parties standing there waiting. The waitress did a great job with filling drink glasses, but was as outgoing as a rock.
Food: Really good food. The caesar salad was one of the best I’ve had. The salmon and baked potato was good. Others had hamburger and steaks and they were cooked perfect.

We went in last night after a year to give the place another chance. We got there at Approximately 8:30. The peanuts were old. We ordered and it took 20 minutes to get a house salad. Then dinner finaly showed after 45 minutes. We got 10% off but never saw a msnager. Steaks were good but not worth the wait.

Surpasses our expectations of a roadhouse with its sunny, barn-​like interior, and clean tables and booths. Crushing peanut shells over conversation is just my sort of place! It was quarter to six and the place is filling up with guests already, from young adults, to families, to older couples. Our waiter may be busy, but he fills our orders carefully. I’m enjoying fried chicken with an icy Pinot, watching sports…

You can’t talk about Logan’s unless you talk about the rolls. They are good, good stuff. Hot, fluffy, add a little more butter and so, so good. As a person with questionable tastes, these things are amazing.
The peanuts that you can hull and throw around are part of the ‘flavor’ of the place, and they do make for a little nice snack while waiting on your food or server.
We stopped here on our way back from the beach one week, and got a little tipsy on their cocktails. They’e got Dos Equis on draft, which is ambrosia to my boyfriend. He’ll drink gallons of it if he’s allowed. (He’s not allowed.)
Our server, Jerome, was friendly and attentive, and helped walk us through any questions we had.
He made sure our food came out right, and cooked properly. My steak was delicous and cooked to perfection. Even the broccoli was delicious.
We did not have room for dessert after drinks, appetizer, rolls, peanuts and a hearty steak.
