Great food and cocktails, we had dinner with friends at the Seabrook location. Bartender was our waiter since we sat at the bar, did a great job!

Overpriced overrated bad service cold food small portions overall very disappointing. My kids didn’t get the sides they ordered we had to ask for our sides no flavor calamari was terrible and very small.

By far the BEST gumbo in the area! We have had Chris and Christin as our waitstaff and they have both been amazing! Friendly and attentive. My husband had the salad bar and fish tacos and said the fish tacos are awesome, too! Salad bar looked great… but the GUMBO!!!

The food was awful and totally over priced. Couldn’t believe $ 20 for 8 fried shrimp one side and a salad bar. The salad bar look okay but was kind of tacky the way it was set. The staff was friendly but kind of robotic. It was like they where reading from a cue card. Anyways the food sucked. Should have went to Long John Silvers. Could have saved a whole lot of money and better food sadly. And the seating. As big as the place is I felt cramped tables to close to one another. Waste of money

We watched it change from Sudies to the new shrimp palace and were excited to eat there. The food was way overpriced for what we got and the flavor was blah at best. I asked for shrimp sauce only to be told they didn’t have any and our waiter was extremely nice but there was definitely a language barrier. $ 52.00 plus tip for 2 people. We got 8 pcs of shrimp, okra & salad bar, and salmon, potato & salad bar. Should have heeded the warning when we saw 2 sets of people get up and leave after finding out that the pricing here was not the same as the San Leon location.

No dice… Not worth it… My wife and I went there for a late lunch, and the food was awful. I normally take my leftovers home, but not this time. 8 shrimp, salad bar, and baked potato are $ 20… The salad bar looks like something you could find at Denny’s, and they charge $ 9.99… I advise to stay clear of this place…

Not a fan. The food wasn’t very good. I asked for a side of ranch and they brought me a squirt bottle that the ranch was chunky coming out of. Also I feel it was wayyyyyy over priced. Won’t be coming back here again. Bummed beyond words.

Food is mediocre & after 2 visits I was not impressed. This place is over priced for the portion of food you receive. The menu is a temporary menu & a couple of the items do not have prices, instead it’s states market price (o_​O)
The signage outside is not visible besides 3 little open signs in a window above the front door. Also, Taxidermy is hanging all over the place, I felt like I walked into a dear lease.
I must say the staff is friendly & customer service is great…

Friendswood, TX
New location of Bubba’s in San Leon, using the same building as the old Sudie’s. They claim their shrimp is delivered promptly off the boat from Kemah, which seems probable based on the quality.
Tried their fried shrimp and was very happy. Batter is great, offers a nice complement to the fresh taste without overpowering the shrimp. Salad bar is very diverse on toppings and was a good value for the $ 4 add-​on.
They are still developing this location and it is not full featured as of yet.
