I wouldn’t continue to use this place if you paid me. I’m in Korea. I set up automatic payments through my bank to pay for my storage unit. Storage R Us is NOT automatic payment friendly, I repeat: NOT automatic payment friendly. I came back from the field and have a message in my inbox: I was delinquent on payments and owed $ 60 in late payment fees! When I called, panicking, the receptionist told me that because it wasn’t an automatic payment set up through them, it wasn’t their problem. Well! Two can play that game: you’re no longer my problem, either!

This is the second time I have used Storage R Us. The managers are extremely nice and user friendly. I changed my move out time on several occasions. While deployed, I was able to simply email and update my information. Everything was EASILY taken care of. I was at this facility on numerous occasions after dark (unloading my property/​then loading my property). I always felt safe and never witnessed anything shady. If I need to use storage AGAIN while I am in Lawton, I will certainly use Storage R Us.
