Good service, nice staff. Food was terrible. Myself and coworkers were all dissatisfied at some level with the presentation and taste of our entrée selections. I ordered the shrimp and chicken carbonara requested it be prepared spicy. Waiter returned bc the chef/cook who knows, had no idea what I meant. Waiter returned asking how spicy 1 – 10??? More flavor is all I wanted. He informed the manager and the peace offering for me was a free dessert which I’m not a fan of but okay. This is my second bad experience here with the quality of food and will not be returning. Sample of wine costs 25 cents and the money is given to a charity at the end of the year but they are not allowed to say which one. Of course I asked for details because the last visit I was not informed of this. The explanation was in Oklahoma free wine cannot be given away…

We just moved to town and were excited to see that Olive Garden had a gluten free menu since 2 in our family have Celiac disease. We ordered the sirloin meal from the gluten free menu and it was delivered with zucchini covered in bread crumbs. The server brought another side of plain zucchini, but it’s really about the principle. In addition to this, our drinks were empty for most of the night and we had to use the computer system to page the server more than once. We also had to have the server remove a charge from the bill for something we did not order. Probably will not be returning.

I give this restaurant 3 stars because overall our meal came out in a timely fashion and our server was ok. However, I would advise our server and the rest of the staff to not let on that it’s almost the end of your shift. Our server brought out our food and within 2.5 seconds he was putting the check on the table along with dinner mints and to go boxes. I mean can I get a taste of my meal before you shove me out the door. And if you are wondering, it was not closing time either. In his haste to get off to Friday Night Shenanigans he failed to notice he never brought out our appetizer FAIL! The server kept saying take your time but I mean the to go bag was sticking me in my arm so kinda hard to feel like you wanted us to relax. Lastly two other waiters were cleaning off tables near us and I promise one of them dudes farted and it stunk up the area with the smell of rotten eggs! Like for real dude?!? Olive Garden ya’ll need to get it together! I’m just sayin’!

Stopped in for a pre-marathon meal for my wife. We had to wait quite a while but we decided it was worth it given the other food options in the area. The buy 1 take one is awesome. It was cool to have another meal the next day for the same price as normal. They sent me the wrong one but it was okay because it tasted delicious. The highlight was the service. Service was incredible. If you can, ask for Kendall, he is amazing! It had been years since we ate OG and he took the time to really make well thought suggestions.

Wonderful service and the food was amazing! My husband and I came close to closing. Our server, Travis G., made us feel welcomed as if we were his first customers of the day. He was very engaging and knowledgeable about the menu selections. Superior quality waiter service and food was excellent. We would definitely be back again!

We love this place. The server was so friendly and wonderful, the wait staff helped each other out. Our food was prompt and hot and delicious! We ordered our regular meals, chicken fettuccine, and chicken Parm. They are soo good and so simple. I always pass on the breadsticks but ask for extra dressing on their salad. When we came there was a graduation on base so they were slammed, but they did well for the crowd. We will continue to come to this location and the food is always on point.

The first time my family ate here was awesome, good food and server. This second time around, not to sure, possibly blame the cold front. Like every olive garden, foods always amazing.

The food is not bad. The service could be way better. The restaurant is clean although the restroom is a little questionable.

I love the food but the seating is so crowded you are right on top of each other. The Olive Garden in Wichita Falls is much nicer and spaced out.

I always love Olive Garden, it is usually a safe bet when you are in an unfamiliar area. The service at this location was wonderful! I loved my server(I can’t remember his name though). The main reason I go to Olive Garden is for the salad, but for some reason every time I order anything that contains lettuce in Oklahoma, it turns into complete sog(with and without dressing) It sucks. But it was still a pretty good experience.

I really love the food here, service isn’t always as I wish it could be but the food always makes up for it. I always order the chicken parmigiana w/spaghetti and meatballs side. I love it. I gave it 4 stars because of the service I’ve also had one or two meals I didn’t care for so now I know what to order.

Love the food at almost every olive garden I go to. Endless bread, soup and salad is also a definite plus. The deals they have here every once in a while are always good, but with no deals… the food is a little pricey. Build your own pasta dish was what was available the last time I went. The waitress we had was also great, my cup was never empty. :) would come back!

Showed up early evening, store was already busy. We were seated immediately, slight lag between seating and greeting. Waters came out fast, another lengthy stretch between ordering and receiving my drink. We ordered food, then waited about 25 minutes for the food to reach the table; not horrible but longer than I’m accustomed to. The food is where the problems really began. I’ll start with saying girlfriends Stuffed Chicken Marsala was decent, and she enjoyed it. My salmon bruschetta was not. The bruschetta was watered down rice mixed with soggy spinach. The salmon was raw, very raw. Barely half an inch was cooked in the center, and I found out the fun way. The shrimp was also raw. By the taste, they didn’t thaw it out all the way but cooked it the same as if they did. So after a wait, the waiter came back and I was able to get her to send it back. I should mention the waiter was nice, but seemed flustered the whole time. She said a manager would be by, and they’d recook the salmon. Fifteen minutes later, manager came by and apologized for the food. I told her I understood; I was a waiter for three years and it happens. She said she would comp the salmon. Ten minutes later, another salmon arrived. I boxed it up, and we asked for a desert menu, waited, ordered, waited, boxed it and got ready to pay. Salmon was still on the ticket, I told the waitress about it and she said they did comp it. Turned out they ordered me another dish, gave me just the salmon, then comped the second dish. Such nice people. Guess I got a free half of raw salmon. Won’t go back, wouldn’t recommend. Pros: salad and bread sticks were good. Chicken was decent Cons: salmon was raw Long waits between service Bad customer service Food was pretty bad/overpriced

«This goes against my paleo-organic vegan diet,» said no self-respecting man ever. Of course I always go for the chicken Parmesan, Spagetti side, coupled with the never ending gnocchi soup. Soft breadsticks superbly accent the soup, serving as sponges to clean out the remnants of the bowl and dish. At the end of every meal I become catatonic, only capable of giving my card and signing my name. It’s a viscous cycle at Lawton Olive Garden, but for those who claim themselves among the strong, it’s a way of life.

Yeah know, it is what it is and what it is is a place that people seem to enjoy! I mean, have you seen the parking lot of every single Olive Garden during lunch and dinner? The place is packed. Now we can debate all day as to the authenticity of this joint but you know what, regardless, it’s decent Italian at a decent price and people like it. All of their pasta dishes are good but none are great. Nothing I’ve ever had was, «Mmm, OMG you have GOT to try THIS!» But I have enjoyed all of the dishes I’ve eaten there. The sauces are flavorful and bold, the pasta is always cooked perfectly as you request, the salad is good(but always the same dressing) and the garlic bread sticks are always full of garlic goodness. The soups, on the other hand, are just ok. The wait staff are usually quite attentive and world diligently to ensure your glasses are topped off, your«endless» salad, breadsticks, and soups, full. Whenever I have encountered an issue or had a question, as my colleague had on our last visit, we were speaking with the manager is short order. The Olive Garden seems to make it an issue to address the needs and questions of their customers. It’s as if they treat you like family… Oh, come on — I had to do it…

My husband and I are here for the second time since moving to Lawton. We arrived at this establishment in the early evening and decided to have dinner. We both chose to order the«Four Course Festa Italiana Special» which encompasses a four course menu. The food was very tasty and the waitress, although very lengthy in taking our order and refilling our raspberry lemonades, was a delight. Little did we know, we were about to be dwindled by Olive Garden. Keep in mind, my husband and I have text alerts that we receive from our bank for any transaction. Our bill totaled $ 38.98; my husband placed his debit card in the portfolio and motioned to the waitress to pick it up. Immediately we received an alert on our phones showing a charge of $ 46.78 from Olive Garden. Initially we felt it might have been a typo, we scanned the ticket to see if we overlooked something. We came across three choices for a tip: 15%, 18%, and 20%. The 20% tip would add $ 7.80 to our total which would then make our grand total $ 46.78. Seeing this, we spoke to the waitress(Sarah S) and went line for line, and pointed out that the receipt showed«Tip Not Included». She explicitly said she did not charge us anything additional but our bank records speak for themselves. Sarah asked us if we wanted to speak to the Manager, and we accepted. After waiting almost 15 minutes, Sarah returned and said the Manager could not speak to us because she was busy with something else but she had printed out a cashiers statement showing what was charged. Sarah S also stated«this might be due to the banks being closed today and it being a holiday charge». I asked if that was how Managers at Olive Garden treat customers that have a billing issue and if she thought we were stupid enough to fa for such a ridiculous excuse. Sarah S walked away and 17 minutes later a female claiming to be a Manager arrived at our table to speak to us. The female did not introduce herself to me or my husband but apologized she couldn’t meet with us because she was at another table. I showed her the receipt and told her there was no way I was believing it was a coincidence that we were charged the exact amount of a 20% tip added to our total. I told her the charge was fraudulent and there is no way I will accept the type of treatment we were receiving. I asked to speak to the General Manager(Randall Marlatt) and it just so happens that he is on vacation for a week and«she» is unaware of his duty hours. I became upset and left. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this restaurant and I will ensure that this is spread word of mouth, beginning with FaceBook. Beware of this and ALWAYS check your receipts.

Took my son here to celebrate his Army Promotion and was very well treated. The food was very good and our waiter was one of the best that we have had… in a long time. As an out-of-towner, I would recommend this restaurant.

After 3 – 4 trips to this Olive Garden I’ve decided I’m officially done with this location. We have not once had good service here and the food is never better than mediocre. Tonight we went in around 745. Sat in a booth in the bar area. Our server, Kelsey T(according to our bill) greeted us fairly promptly but didn’t even recommend any drinks when asking us what we wanted. No specials or even appetizers were offered to us. We ordered entrees and I ordered a glass of wine and we were asked if we wanted salad or breadsticks. About 10 minutes passed and we finally got breadsticks, salad, and my wine. It took an additional 30 minutes or so to actually get our food while we watched a table that arrived 10 minutes after us get our food first. The server said they tried to give us cold mashed potatoes so she sent it back. Not sure if that’s the case or not but it still took too long. When we finally got our food my husbands chicken Parmesan was burnt on the outside and dry on the inside. The stuffed chicken Marsala was bland and the sauce was so oily it was just a broken mess all over the plate. We never received refills despite both of our drinks being empty for a good 15 mins during our meal. The worst part I think for me was the fact that when we arrived there was a tray full of dirty plates sitting in front of our table and it didn’t move our entire meal. It was extremely unappetizing. Multiple workers walked past it more than once and never even attempted to clean up the mess, just let it sit there so we could stare at someone else’s uneaten food while we tried to enjoy our meal. We never once even SAW a manager so I’m not sure one was working. Either way, this location gives all olive gardens a bad name and we won’t be back. Sorry for the lack of tip Kelsey t but your service or lack there of didn’t deserve one. Maybe try to be a little more attentive next time instead of just going through the motions.
