La Quinta Inn & Suites Lawton / Fort Sill

Staff is friendly, welcoming and professional. Austin at the front desk was great to chat with, kitchen staff did such a good job and housekeeping always took care of our room. We stayed here three nights had breakfast there three mornings definitely saved us time and money. There are enough options to choose from to not get bored with breakfast. Cereal, fresh waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, bagels, toast, fruit, sausage, cappuccinos and juices. Kitchen staff made sure food was always ready.
2 queen bed size rooms were roomy enough and good size restroom. Beds are a bit on the firm size for our liking but linen was always fresh and crisp, lol. Indoor pool area clean with towels.

La Quinta is definitely where we will stay for future trips.

Hotel is clean, free breakfast and pet friendly. Awesome staff willing to work with our schedule. The only issue is the pool. Its nice indoor pool but the chlorine smell was little strong and it start to aggrevate in like 30 minutes in there. Other than that its nice place to rest.

Customer service is good. Our room was clean. We stayed in a room with a king bed and the bed was actually pretty comfortable. The room had a refrigerator and microwave which was nice. Starbucks is right across the street from this hotel which is convenient. Overall, good experience with our stay.

Indoor spa and pool… Very nice, but close at 10. They mix the smoking rooms with non smoking rooms on the 4^th floor, but they did warn us due to high capacity. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Free breakfast was great and area was very clean. Iron in room did not work… No biggie. Water pressure was low… Coulda been the 4^th floor though.

Our recent stay at the La Quinta in Lawton, OK was excellent. Warm cookies and smiling faces greeted us. Decorated lobby for Fall and excellent food for breakfast. All the staff are especially friendly & helpful. Clean & comfortable rooms. Pet friendly. We always stay at La Quinta. A great place for our graduating soldier to unwind after Basic Training. Thanks La Quinta.

I chose this hotel due to the star rating it had. But I can tell you the service you get from staff is just plain rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager but she did not want to come and speak to me. She actually sent the same person to relay the message to me. Also the pool is not being maintained as its supposed to be. Not happy and will not be returning!

Anyone want to stay at a place with bugs, dirt, pubic hair and rude staff… This is the place for you.

Clean? Yes. Very, very clean. Our room smelled lovely when we arrived. The lobby was spotless, the kitchen area was also spotless.
The staff? Great! Except for the guy who didn’t reserve my room when I called. Despite my high point LQ status he totally didn’t hold my room. Luckily, they had one first floor, king size room, available at 2:00am.
The noise? Totally tolerable. Some door slamming throughout the night but nothing horrible. The doors are thin, but that is to be expected. No loud partying going on.
Pet friendly? Yes! We took our dogs with us on vacation and they are well versed in traveling. The staff was very receptive and offered towels when we declined room cleaning. We really appreciated that. They also have huge fields in the back which are under construction. They aren’t supposed to be available to guests and their pets but we used them for Chuck-​it fetch and cleaned up the poo. No one said a word.
The best part is we forgot a bunch of clothes in our closet when we left. Ashley the manager and her staff offered to send them to us (for a fee) and promptly sent us paperwork to do so.
This is a lovely LQ and a great stop, especially if you have pets.
They have an indoor pool, hot tub, gym and free breakfast. It’s nice to wake up to the smell of fresh waffles!

Lovely hotel, lovely people. Such a spacious room — the bathroom was absolutely huge and so well lit. It was great for getting ready in the morning. The TV was a brand new LG that I could connect the iPad and watch NetFlix. That was cool!
Definitely will stay here when I come back to this area. Everyone was SO nice.

No way would I ever dream of staying here again. I would rather sleep in my rental car. The staff was nice and friendly and the bathroom was clean. Those are the only positive things I can say. There were blood stains on the carpet, the room stunk terribly, there were at least 20 flies in my room when I opened the door and the cable and internet were down. I accidently left some clothing in one of the dresser drawers and I couldn’t get anyone to return my call to let me know if they were found or not. They also forgot to credit my account for my Returns program points.

Very friendly, clean, spacious room, reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again! Brought relatives from in town to swim in pool. Hotel was fine with it. Of course it was 112 degrees outside! Microwave, refrigerator, and sleeper sofa also in room. Thanks, La Quinta!
