It’s the same as Home Depot. Was asked a couple times of i needed help. Wasn’t left to just roam aimlessly. When I did need assistance, associate was helpful. Still spent too much money.

This items in the store is not the problem, it’s the customer service. Typically you are left to wait on a customer service representative for approximately 15 minutes or more. Other representatives see you but don’t ask you if you need help, just pass by you. My husband and I are currently in the appliance department and two associates saw us and didn’t bother to assist; one guy was on the phone the entire time and once off the phone told us that the same female representative that ignored us before we will be «coming back» to assist us. My question: why couldn’t she help us or at least tell us herself that she would be back to assist. This is very frustrating. No one wants to stand around a store waiting on random associates to decide to help. Completely disrespectful to customers who have other things to do than waste time waiting on 1 associate.

Happy with the product but not the service. I ordered a washer and dryer set. They had the washer but not the washer. They told me it could take up till a week later and it didn’t come in till a few days later. When I asked I didn’t have any help but them passing the blame on me saying that they told my wife about the time line and they wouldn’t do anything to fix it.

The many times I have been here, I always receive excellent service. Everything is laid out and marked in a fashion to ensure easy maneuverability. Its a pretty chill store. If only they had free popcorn like the fix it stores back home. :(
