I have been going to Sanders hardware for about as long as I can remember needing nuts and bolts, I recently reached a point where I’m not tinkering with bicycles and cars as much, so I rarely buy any type of hardware but I went into Sanders today to get some stuff for my sons bicycle so we can customize it because he is a little bit too small for bikes. I showed them my plan to make lowering spindles for a 12″ kids bike and they found everything I needed to get this bike sitting low enough he can put his feet on the ground. It may seem like a little thing to most people but they understood that this is really important to me. Most places have employees that don’t really care. At sanders they care!
If you have ever seen a two year old super pumped about their new bike only to find out they are too short you should understand how awesome this lowered bike will be for my tiny dude. Sanders is also great on price! Stay out of big fancy stores, just go to sanders.
