Disgusting food!!! The grilled chicken was like rubber and gave us some nasty near food poisoning stomach aches. (I used to love Wendy’s) but this place put a bad taste in my mouth… LITERALLY! Unfriendly staff, a very old outdated dilapidated building compared to the cool new modern Wendy’s of other locations. The service doesn’t exist, long drive thru waits for no reasons. Three strikes and your out… All three times they screwed up something with our order. Such a shame. They even found out a way to screw up a frosty?! I will drive to the other side of Lawrenceville to get my Wendy’s fix.

Wish I could give it ZERO stars. The service sucks. The workers have bad attitudes, they dont repeat orders back and act bothered if you correct them. I wrote to them recently about my awful experience and I’ve never heard anything back. I’m never going back to Wendy’s. This location looks run down and clearly there is no pride

A Terrible Experience! I Went To Grab A Couple Burger Meals Through The Drive Through And The Car In Front Of Me Waited For Their Meal For Five Minutes, Then After I Pulled Up To The Window I Was Charged For The Meal, Waiting Another Three/​Four Minutes And Was Handed My Food, I Slowly Pulled Away Stopped To Make Sure I Got Everything And Noticed They Forgot One Of The Burgers. I Pulled Back Around And Told Them I Was Missing The Burger, They Laughed And Yelled ‘Told You’ And Then Told Me To Wait While They Made It For Me. I Waited Another Five Minutes At The Window Watching Them Horse Play. When I Finally Got The Burger I Got Home To Eat, And I Noticed My Fries Where Cold, And The Burgers Where NOT Fresh. How Could That Be When I Waited So Long For Them To Be Prepared? Terrible Wait Time, Ever Worse Quality Food. I Will Never Go Back To This Wendy’s Location, And Neither Should You.

I’ll never go back there! I went this past Sunday. No crowd, drive thru wasn’t full at all, I figured a quick meal right? I doubt it! I went in only 2 people were waiting, I’m saying to myself this will be quick. I ended up standing in line for 5 minutes before it was even my turn. When my turn came around, I placed my order. I ended up waiting another 5 to 7 minutes before I got my order. When I got my order it was wrong! I’m like WTF! I wanted a double, she put me down for a single. The wait on that burger was approx another 4 mins. Being a franchise and being Wendy’s at that, most fast food places are really quick, not this one! Go at your own risk, maybe I caught them on a bad day but I don’t understand how.
