Don’t let the remodele fool you, as well as all the promises you see on TV. Nothing has changed at this location, it is as bad as ever. Went in at 7pm and they had no original crust or extra crispy chicken, they it would be over a 30 minute wait. If you want chicken in Lawrenceville you are better off cooking it yourself, it would be quicker anyway.

Horrible service!!! Wow is all I can say. I agree with the previous comment saying I wish I can give –10 stars. My boyfriend and I pulled up to the drive thru and the service was horrible! It literally felt like the lady asked us «what do you want?» We asked for just one minute to look at the menu. Literally took us less than a minute. We start to tell our order and no reply. All of a sudden a man RUDELY asks what kind of sides. My boyfriend then proceeds to say excuse me? Because the man was so rude to us! Then a lady comes back on and asks the same question in the same tone. We just left the drive thru after that. No need to waste our money on a place that clearly doesn’t want it. NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE! Some serious changes need to happen to that location. They make KFC look so bad.

I wish can give them –10 stars. This place is simply gross and retarded.
I ordered 3 PC. Meal through drive thru, but got only 2pc. of chicken. Chicken was fried and tough and chewy like a leftover from 3 – 4 days ago. They asked me if I wanted «original», but after that, they tell me original recipe is available. Land they asked me what sides I want for the meal. I asked them
What kind of sides they have. Then they tell me they have mashed potatoes and cole slaw. If they don’t have any other choices, why go they even bother to ask like they have 10 sides to choose from?
They are retarded and can’t cook not serve people right. Just don’t go here. You ended up spending the worst $ 8 ever. You might as well go to a Quick Trip and get a prep ached sandwich, and that will give you a better and fresher meal. XD

Service was appallingly slow, and when our order was «ready» it was incomplete AND wrong. There were other customers equally unimpressed with the service. A lady stood at the counter trying to get the attention of the cashier for ketchup for about 5 minutes. I will not be returning to this location.

I visited this location for dinner. I was treated very rudely by the drive thru staff member, as if I was stupid for asking questions about the menu. I let that slide, hoping they might be new. I went back 2 weeks later, hoping for better service, only to be disrespected by the drive thru staff member so much so, that I drove away. I frequently drive pass this location throughout different times. Lunch time is usually packed, but the evenings is like a ghost town. I am sure that is the direct result of the VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They recently got new owners so their service has improved. On my most recent trip i was greeted shortly after walking thru the door. The food wasnt the freshest but it was edible.
