I know there isn’t much that can be said about Papa-​Johns that most people don’t already know but I feel like I am lucky to have the store that I do in my area. They are pretty jam-​up. Of course they don’t make the ordering app, the corporate office does but that app is easy to use once you have an account.
Once you place your order the pizza is made fresh and out the door asap.
Our pizza has always arrived hot and fresh and FAST. The only mishap has been a missing garlic butter cup here and there but nothing that they didn’t fix.
I’m not sure how they get our pizza here so fast with traffic around here like it is.

Consistently getting my order wrong. Leaving items off on a regular basis. They always offer to bring the missed item back out, but it’s a real nuisance. I ordered from them a couple months back and a two liter was left off my order. There was supposed to be a note left on my account for a free two liter on my next visit. Next time I called the employee had no clue what I was talking about. I shrugged it off but stayed away for a while. I finally gave them another chance today. Yet again an item was left off my order. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Better ingredients. Better pizza. Clueless customer service. Kudos Papa. Kudos.

This is my local Papa Johns and I’ve had nothing but a great experience with them. They always get my order correct. Pizza is always cooked to perfection and also ready in the appropriate amount of time. I definitely recommend them!

A few weeks ago my order got messed up and given to someone else. The head cook and manager sincerely apologized and told me that’s not how they work. They then made my next two pizza orders free, I didn’t ask, they just did it. That’s customer service, you don’t expect that from a pizza delivery store, but the new management has won me over. Great job guys!

This is our local papa johns. Every single time I’ve ordered my pizza comes exactly like I’ve asked, hot, and in a timely manner. The drivers have always been polite and I love ordering from the app. Thanks papa johns! You always save the day when I’m in a bind for dinner.
