Stopped going to this location. Today we walked in and were sat. A server and trainee came to the table after a few minutes and took our order as we were ready to order quickly. 5 mins after we ordered another couple walked in and were sat. I could see the kitchen window from my seat and saw when our food came up. It sat there 14 minutes before we asked the manager. She went to the kitchen and checked and said it wasn’t our food. She then proceeded to take food to the couple that came in after we had already ordered. Mind you I can still see our order sitting in the window(or another 2 people in the restaurant had the EXACT same thing) and there were hardly any people in there anyway. The time was now 18 minutes I had watched our food sit there and no one had approached the table since. We walked out. Im a server at a huge and extremely busy restaurant. I have all the patience in the world and know how the industry can be sometimes but this was absolutely ridiculous. If you can’t handle 2 people at a table this simple. You shouldn’t be working in hospitality. Sorry not sorry. Do better.

They gave our party of 8 a new waitress who was nice and did her best, but it become a long process and took our food a long time to come out… which is to be expected at IHOP. I’ve never gone to one and got my food out in a decent amount of time.

Was hungrier than a hostage when I got here ! Then the food came out … Needless to say it was awful ! Burnt, dry pancakes no fluff, eggs were even nasty(how do u make eggs nasty ?) Manager was a VERY pleasant woman & she comped my whole meal I really do appreciate that ! But overall, I’m all about my food & the one star is for the manager she needs a better team!

Alright, so me and two of my friends came in at about 1am she sat us and we ordered right away, We got our water about 5 minutes later, it took my two friends 45 minutes to get their food, but me… It took over an hour and a half to get my food, all I ordered was chicken tenders and fries… Only one of us got a refill on water, and our waitress was acting stressed as if it was packed. I won’t be going back and will be telling my friends to steer clear.

For some reason, they don’t anticipate people coming in at night. Every time I come in, they are understaffed and we end up waiting for a long time even to be seated. It gets really annoying.

Most unorganized place I’ve seen for a to go order. 10 minutes. Total cluster. And the server showed attitude throwing the pen on the counter. Line out the door for call in orders.

I love this ihop! The customer service here is always wonderful. I took my little sister for breakfast today. Our server, Dora, was super nice! She was funny and very kind. We waited for food about 15 minutes. Food was made just the way we ordered. It was a good Friday morning!

Morning time is OKAY, service is quick and and servers are friendly. The hash browns taste stale at times. Evenings are are very unprofessional, lots of associates sitting around and talking with little guest which ends up making wait for seating and food longer.

Will not go back to IHOP. Took 10 minutes to get a glass of water and way over a half hour for food. Then the fruit side was disgusting. Had the same problem last time I ate at the Snellville location. And they were’ even crowded. Not a place to try to eat lunch at unless you get two hour lunches.

Five stars for the service alone. Excellent waitress. Pancakes, eggs, decaf. All served hot and properly prepared. Great job IHOP!

You’ve been to one IHOP then you pretty much know what to expect in terms of the food. The service here was good. The waiter was very attentive with making sure we had everything we needed before leaving us. Both the wait to get a table and wait for food wasn’t too bad either, even though it seemed like it would’ve been longer base on crowded the place looked. So overall it wasn’t a bad experience here, just nothing special, since well it’s IHOP and there’s not much really I can say that hasn’t been said before. My Recommendations: –Breakfast Sampler –T-Bone Steak and Eggs –Banana Pudding Pancakes Menu:

I went here with my fiancé around 10pm. I ordered a T-bone steak(medium rare) and sunny side eggs. It came with 3 buttermilk pancakes which I subbed for chocolate chocolate pancakes instead. The T-bone steak was not good. The eggs were average. The chocolate chocolate pancakes was too chocolatey. My fiancé ordered hashbrown, sunny side eggs, and 2 pieces of bacon, he subbed his 3 buttermilk pancakes for blueberry pancakes. Hashbrown was soggy and not good. The eggs and bacon were average. They handed us our food and left, we had to ask for utensils. We asked for ketchup and A1 sauce, but they ran out of A1 sauce. IHOP doesn’t have napkins readily available on the table so aside from the napkin that wrapped your utensils you’d have to ask for more. I think napkins are essential and should always be readily available for us. I gave them a 2 out of 5 for effort but for the most part the food was not good. Probably won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Came here on a Sunday around 11:45am. They were extremely packed so we had to put our names down and wait(party of 4 ppl). They said wait time would be around 15 minutes. Actual wait time was 45 minutes(around 12:30pm they called our name). They announce your name and party on the speakers incase you were waiting outside or could not hear from the over-crowded environment. SERVICE: our waitress was very kind, but slow. It was extremely busy and over-crowded so I understand. Took forever to get our drinks and even longer to get our food. If you are in a hurry, then try not to come here on the weekends because they get extremely packed. We were craving IHOP so we stayed. FOOD: I ordered the«Sirloin Tips and Eggs» for $ 9.99. This came with sirloin tips(I chose well-done) that were also topped with grilled sweet onions & mushrooms, two eggs on the side(I chose sunny-side up), hashbrowns, and two butter-milk pancakes. And to drink I ordered a large orange juice & a glass of water. The sirloin tips tasted sweet? That was a first for me, so I had to add a little dash of salt & pepper & a dash of A1 sauce. The texture of the meat was tender. The eggs and hashbrowns were good with a dash of ketchup & tabasco sauce. The pancakes were melt in your mouth goodness drizzled with the butter pecan syrup. Overall not the best & definitely not the worst food. I enjoyed my meal & it filled me up. OVERALL: I gave this place a 3 star. It was packed & over-crowded on this Sunday. We got here at 11:45am and ended up leaving at around 1:45pm. Service could be a hit or miss during peak rush hours. Food is ok/good. It’s IHOP.

I haven’t been to an IHOP in aboit 12years because I lived in Las Vegas NV and there was a variety of places to go for breakfast food. Any way I live in Lawrenceville Georgia now and there’s really no specialty breakfast and lunch places around so I caved and took the kids to IHOP. It was really obvious to me when the food came out that the eggs were powdered not real. The pancakes were flat, the slasa on my California egg was El Paso cheap salsa not hand made worst of all were the strawberries that came with my daughters pancake. Claim to be fresh and looked like frozen, spoiled mush. Since strawberries are her favorite food, she tried them and immediately spat them out after choking!!! Disgusting food, my server Brenda was really sweet but every server in the place was socializing by the computer to put in orders right by our booth. I’m NEVEREVEREVER going back to IHOP again! This #4410 at 955 Lawrenceville Suannee rd 30043 Has ruined it for me. I just might have to open up my own breakfast and lunch place since people down here in the south are used to such mediocrity they Dont know what great quality food is anymore. Seem to think that IHOP and Waffle House are good. YUCK!!!

It must have been an unusually busy morning… the staff was frazzled and the kitchen was backed up. Our waitress was sort of rude… she got my drink order wrong, our syrup bottle was leaking everywhere and when we asked her for a new one, she never came back with one. Probably an off day, but nonetheless not a great experience. However, the pumpkin pancakes were awesome!

I hardly give out 5 stars but my experience here last night was excellent! I went here last night with my husband for dinner because I was craving breakfast. We came around 9ish and the place was pretty dead. There were only one or two tables filled. Shortly after we sat though, several groups of people started trickling in. Our server Jason came and took our drink orders and gave us a few minutes to look over the menu. My husband inquired about some drinks that they are currently offering and Jason let him try it on the house. There are currently four different flavors available and my husband decided to go with the watermelon lemonade. To my surprise the drink was refreshingly delicious! I was torn between red velvet pancakes and the big steak omelette for my dinner. According to Jason, the omelette came with a side of pancakes and he let me substitute the regular pancakes with the red velvet pancakes! My husband got the rooty tooty fresh n fruity breakfast combo for his entrée. My dinner definitely hit the spot and satisfied my pregnancy craving of breakfast! It was my first time trying red velvet pancakes and they did not disappoint. My husband also seemed satisfied with his dinner. Our two dinners only came out to be a little under $ 3 since I had signed up for the Pancake Revolution on ! Service was great! Jason was very kind and attentive! I’m definitely coming back here the next time I’m craving breakfast!
