Papa Murphy’s is great, it’s fresh and high quality pizza at a relatively low price for how good it is.

I’ve always had good luck with this chain, and tonight was no different. I called in my order but still had to wait a bit in the store before it was ready. The cashier offered me a free cheesy bread or cookie dough because I had to wait longer than I should have. Honestly I didn’t notice any long wait at all and hadn’t complained, so it’s a very nice gesture. The pizza will be lovely and now I have a free dessert! This place is the tops!

I don’t like the idea of take home and bake. The ingredients are fresh, and the pizza tastes decent. If you want a pizza that you can cook later, than this may be a good option for you. Papa Murphy’s is a relatively big pizza chain. There are better local pizza restaurants in town, and you don’t have to bake.

I think the quality of pizza is better than some other local pizzarias, and sometimes being able to prepare the take-and-bake pizzas at home is nice because you can time it out so everyone is home etc. for dinner. I really like their selection of spinach, red peppers and garlic sauce– it makes the pizza bit unique from a generic pizza place and the this crust Delight pizzas are SUPER thin. At around $ 6 – 9 for a large pizza(depending on crust/toppings) you get a great meal that is good for groups. They always offer great coupons too, so you can save quite a bit more of the time!

Comfort food, plain and simple. The wife and I have started a Sunday night tradition of Papa Murphy’s. Always good, always easy, always quick, Papa Murphy’s is just plain ol’ good. Their deep dish pizza’s are just that: DEEP! Not just your standard pizza fare, they offer less common goodness like Chicken Garlic and Herb Chicken Mediterranean. Sign up for their e-mail list, get coupons sent right to you for even better deals. They recently changed ownership and, while the new owners still do it mostly right, they’re definitely more corporate. Expect to try to be upsold, have the employees talk like they’re reading from a script, all the normal chain things that drive everybody nuts. The few holdover employees are superb, remembering both your name and your last order, and are always friendly. Hopefully the new-guard will take a clue from the old-guard and loosen up a bit!
