What happened? I have been a long time customer and for the most part I have been quite happy with Ecologic but they have slipped in quality to a «never use again» service. The last two loads of dry cleaning were problematic at best. It was the finishing or lack thereof that is the problem. Dress linimgs that looked chewed up with no attempt to press or steam. Zippers half pulled up, things half buttoned, half falling off of their hangers, items not pressed at all, items covered in lint and hair, the things that were pressed had ironed in wrinkles, The last order in September was incomplete and contained items that weren’t mine indicating inventory control problems and last but not least, I got a huge water stain on a cream colored wool jacket that wasn’t there when I brought it in. After finishing what sounded like a personal phone call, the guy at the counter(not the owner) made excuse after excuse for the shoddy work. Where is the quality control that should bar orders from going out that were essentially unfinished or poorly finished? I have tried to contact management about these problems but have gotten no response so I have taken my business to Green Cleaners in Olathe where they use the same green process and I was overjoyed to get my cleaning back in a condition that could actually be worn upon receipt without time spent at the ironing board, steamer and with a lint roller. Sorry guys but you have lost this customer.

I’ve used eco — logic twice and both times I got a garment back with buttons missing. The first time they didn’t even mention that it happened. I mentioned it the second time I picked up my garment that I noticed it was missing multiple buttons and they offered to charge me to fix them. I also don’t like places that post hours that may or may not be when they are actually open. The summer hours aren’t posted on the website or anything and they aren’t open on time anyway.

They ruined my jacket, and charged 11 dollars for this. When my husband came to pick the jacket up, they lied that a stain they created was there before, even though all four new stains were dye stains of exactly the same nature(bleeding color — you’d think you take your things to dry cleaning to avoid this, but I should have hand washed the jacket myself). They also made veiled statements about«hidden stains, possibly from food» suggesting that I spilled food all over my white jacket before, thereby causing these stains that magically only appeared after dry cleaning, looking nothing like food stains but instead obviously being dye stains. So after all this incompetence and deceit, they charged us 11 dollars. Shameful.

Just wanted to say my shirts are still impeccable and now that the weather is finally cooling down, it’s time to take my sweaters!!! Don’t go anywhere else than here. Almost all the clerks I’ve encountered are educated in what they do.

My husband is VERY picky about his shirts so I was thrilled to find Eco-Logic, particularly because they have free pick up and delivery. But the real reason I like them is that when I have upholstery pillows cleaned, they don’t have that lingering odor. I’m a chemical engineer by training, and I know that the chemical that other dry cleaners use(perchloroethylene) is not something I want used on a pillow that I rest my cheek on. The owner is über-friendly and turn-around is fast. I won’t go anywhere else!

These guys are awesome! I’ve been using them for about 4 years now! Never had a problem at all. The staff is always super nice and really work hard to make sure I’m happy with all my orders. A while back, I had a pair of pants that needed patching. Hole in the knee. They looked great and the alteration was excellent! I’ve been going every since.

Somewhat distracted(and loud music loving) young couple helpfully and efficiently handle your dry-cleaning needs. The SMS notification of dry cleaning availability is a nice service they also have some thoughtful other features(24 hour drop box, pick up and delivery). Open Saturdays. Not inexpensive. I’m not sensitive to chemical smells or the like but I imagine the absence of those would be useful for those who are. Results appear to be perfectly fine. Dependable and with the ability to make quality alterations.

Dropped off my dress shirt to this place to get dry cleaned and picked up couple days later. When I realized that there was a stain on my shirt even after dry cleaning, I came back in to see if I could get it re-treated for free(what every other dry cleaners do), but the employee basically told me to go to hell. She even said that the stain might have been missed after it went through the cleaning process, but she won’t clean it again for free. She was extremely unprofessional and rude, making sarcastic comments about how it doesn’t cost very much for a clean and that I should just pay and leave. Came home and spot treated myself with simple hand soap and now the stain is gone. Thanks for nothing.

Can I get a hell yeah? I picked up my coat and sweaters and they are gloriously clean without a hint of nasty rank odor of chemical(or nasty rank odor of *me*). Please please please Eco Logic Dry Cleaners, don’t ever leave. As long as this place is still in business, I will *never* take my dry cleaning anywhere else. Also, the people there? Still super awesome.
