rarely have a disappointment at starbucks. i sent in a mobile order. it wasnt ready on time. the sticker was still on machine. the guys started blaming each other but in joking way. then mocking each other. total time spent not making my drink was longer than had i placed it at the counter.

So I’m came to this Starbucks for the first time and I ordered a Carmel macchiato and the put so much Carmel and I had to tell the guy to stop he continued to make my drink. when he gave it to me my fiancé said that was way to much Carmel and the man laughed and handed me my drink and I said that that’s a lot and he did not care and passes out the next persons order. The first drink I took of my Carmel macchiato the straw was full of Carmel and made me throw up … Will not return. And the man should work somewhere else

Been here a couple times and they constantly are out of things look at the menu today want a butterscotch frap and they tell me its seasonal. Theny why is on the menu board? Then i see they have a special carmel day frap i order that and they are out of the ingredients. I dont know who is managing this place but at $ 7 a pop keep your menu up to date or at least put signs up saying your out of the product. Especially when written on a chalk board just erase it. The girls working there were noce but couldnt help. Bad management plain and simple.

I wish they had a drive through. Our experience was just typical Starbucks, everything was fine, no issues. Asked questions to clarify our order. However it was frustrating because there was a line, and while waiting several others weren’t treated as well, and one guy was sold a bagel, told they didn’t have a bagel, agreed to settle for something else. His bag was placed on the counter, not sure if he took someone else’s or if they gave someone his, because he was back wanting what he agreed to settle for. After a couple people were treated this way we were surrounded by cranky people. The lady passing out drinks didn’t seem to care, and the counter people didn’t know what was going on. Communication, and the point of contact person caring would have cleared it up. All in all not what I expect at Starbucks, however clear communication kept our confusion to a minimum. Just be alert. Be extra alert in the parking lot. Don’t pull in to the right there’s no spaces there, and backing up is a hazard. Leave a couple extra Minutes to get out of the parking lot as well, Vegas construction, so plan on that for three to five years. :D

Salma and Josh need to be retrained on the corporate policies, but perhaps Salma should just look for a back-of-house job so she doesn’t have to be completely retrained on customer service basics, since she clearly hates customers. Beware the infallible Salma! I watched her berate a paying customer because he took the wrong drink. She made a scene and scolded him like he was some idiotic child in front of everyone — granted, he made a mistake, but your job is literally to serve him in a pleasant way, and you can’t even handle that. Then she went on to talk about how stupid he was to her coworker and the customer whose drink was taken accidentally. Very unprofessional behavior. She should check herself before judging others, because she jumped all over me for requesting an iced coffee refill on the iced latte I had just finished. Maybe this screenshot of the official Starbucks website FAQ page will bring her down a peg, since she was rude to me and made me pay full price — I went ahead and got a frappucino since I would be paying full price anyway. She was not worth arguing with, she was way too hostile to even bother. I’d say this branch owes me a free drink. And maybe an apology from Salma, but let’s be realistic, her ego would never allow that! This is my new Starbucks, so hopefully the rest of my visits will be more polite and refill-educated.

Ok for a Starbucks. We stopped for a light mocha Frappacino. It tasted good. Must be a school nearby. Students seem to hang around all day inside and out. I wanted to get a «you were here“LV mug for a gift. They had none. Gotta look for another store.

First time here and will NEVER come back. CLAIRE the barista was the rudest barista I’ve met at Starbucks. Not only will she not take ownership of her mistake, she will argue with you to prove herself«right». When you ask for her name, she’ll refuse to give it to you and then turn it around on you saying«you started yelling at me». Nice try. Be grateful you have a job with that attitude. If you don’t like your job, QUIT. No one will cry about you leaving. Trust. #aintnobodygottimeforyourattitude8inthemorning #starbucks #customerservice #failed

Supposed to be open at 5am, Seven times out of Ten No one gets here to even go inside, turn on lights, forge t about opening up to the public(until 5:30). So UNPROFEZSIONAL. Don’t schedule a business(especially this kind!!!) if you can’t get employees there on time. Or before to be able to brew coffees, etc. Going to Einstein Bagels next door… Very disappointed!!!

The people who work here are pleasant. The two stars comes from the mob of Ethiopian dudes that just sit there ALLDAY(They walk up with their old coffee cups and scam free WiFi). There are never any seats available for paying customers, so we might as well stop going there.

I’ve been a customer of Starbucks for over 10 years and been coming to this location since 2008 when I first moved to the area. Over the past 8 years, it has gone downhill because the drinks taste awful. The attitudes of the baristas are really rude, no one is friendly at all. This location is the worst here in the area compared to the other locations around town that I visit. But I still come here 3 to 4 times a week since its closet to me but it’s always a disappointment.

The barista made me a horrible Iced Green Tea Latte. It seems like he just put green tea on the bottom and pour the drink in. I’m never going back to that branch ever again.

The place was nice and the drive through is good. They seem to be consistently slow when making drinks. It took a good while to make 3 iced teas. Still really good though.

My 2nd favorite Starbucks in town! I absolutely love this location not just because they are conveniently located by my job but because the customer service is always A1! Never had an issue with my order and my drink is always made to perfection! I love the convenience of the Starbucks app and being able to just scan your phone to purchase your drink! Technology is crazy!

No complaints about the service but after you buy your beverage, there is nowhere to sit inside or out because every seat is taken up by an Ethiopian cab driver drinking water. Every time I go there, same thing. The Ethiopian cab drivers have made this Starbucks their base and it is really annoying that the management does nothing about it.

By far the worst Starbucks I ever been. They can’t seem get the orders correct all 5 times I’ve been there. Forget hot water in my oatmeal… And the to top it off they have the worst service, they have the worst stank face while you come in and take your order. I understand it’s hot outside and people get irritated but YOUWORKINSIDE!!! It’s cold with ac. please fire the white girl that works in the morning and also African American guy! Beware

Place is usually very crowded. I usually get a grande iced coffee with nonfat milk & Splenda Only downside I see is that sometimes they put the Splenda in my drink for me & sometimes they tell me to put it in myself.

I’m not a coffee drinker. It doesn’t bother me to go months without a drop touching my lips. There are times though, extreme times, when I absolutely must have coffee. When it’s that time, I reach for a trenta black coffee, light ice & no sweetener. It’s 0 – 60 with me and coffee. This is why I save my consumption for only the most physically demanding times, such as covering a 12 hour graveyard shift. Luckily, this location is open(I believe) 24 hours and apparently is a favorite of the cabbies who take every possible seat in the place for what feels like hours. I guess it is better than everyone using the seating like their personal office. Because of the constant influx of cabbies, the milk & half and half is always empty or nearly so. It’s good for late night and that’s about it.

Came by an Iced Mocha before the drive back into LA the other day. Service was good and the drink came out well. To my surprise, this location is outside the Palm, so parking is quick and easy!
