We bought a Sealy mattress at this store in late June. By early November, the mattress was sagging. We went to the store and spoke with Dan, the manager. He sed he would replace it because sometimes they get bad batches. He asked if we wanted a different type and we sed we liked this one. He sed if it didn’t work out, that we could change to something else. It didn’t work out. The mattress sagged again. We went in to see Dan and we were told that he would be back after the first of the year. They sed he was the only one that could help us. We are now in February and they told us he would be gone 60 more days. Not they way to handle a situation like this. In hind sight, I should have read reviews! Seems this happens a lot! Save yourself grief, don’t buy from them!

Great overall experience. I would have given 5 stars but I felt the checkout process was rushed once bed was selected which led to mistakes and ultimately us having to return the bed for the correct size. We received a king instead of Cal King. Not entirely their fault though, I should have clarified at the end especially since the checkout was rushed. All is good now, Jack Hart made the exchange seamless and we are now in the bed of our dreams! Thanks guys.

Dan’s the man! He made our mattress purchase fun! He answered every question I had. He was really a joy to work with.
