I have eaten here before and would eat here again in a pinch. Some of the cheapest food in town, it is a frugal diner’s dream. The food is good enough to not make you sick, but not necessarily good enough to write home about. For example, this morning we both ordered the Triple Play Breakfast(3 pancakes, bacon and eggs). You really can’t mess this up and they didn’t. But for all of this at IHOP or Denny’s, you may pay $ 6 to $ 10. Here, the plate only cost $ 2.50. It’s an adventure to get to the restaurant. You either walk through the casino with it’s colorful characters or go around back and risk being propositioned or mugged. It’s fairly popular for the crowd that frequents the casino(older locals and truckers), so expect a 10 – 30 minute wait. The rest of the menu is also fairly affordable($ 2.99 cheeseburger in the lunch/dinner time. The restaurant is also open 24 hours, so it’s a perfect 4th meal place to go.
