The worst Best Buy I’d ever stepped foot in. After waiting for an hour for some help, I decided to leave. The employees were too busy texting or having social hour with each other. Been to this location a few other times and the employees were rude. I’ll be going elsewhere.

GLENDA helped us out when we walked in at 8:25 PM today April 1st. He had the Note 3 like I do, GPS doesn’t work. Goes straight to voicemail, delayed texts, screen freezes and he gots calls from himself…
Glenda was super professional and walked us through the paperwork and low a behold she said we got a &100 Best Buy Gift card so we used it on the taxes. It’s free money and we still have $ 22 left on the gift card.
What amazing service from Glenda. She was charmingly funny too. Even let us stay after 9 PM to finish up switching the phone contacts.
