Great customer service and always fast to get you out the door. I’ve been waiting for the new iPhone 6s Plus and decided to just call to see if they have some in stock. Luckily they did and the manager there was so kind to hold the phone for us. It’s nice to know there’s a reliable AT&T service close by. Will be back again for future purchases.

The worst store ever!!! First of all they are not AT&T and not dealing with a corporate store is your first mistake. I purchased a phone and within a week had trouble. I contacted the store and they did not have any in stock but were going to check around and get back with me. They never did… I went to the store and no one there knew anything about it, they wanted me to go all around town to find a phone. I purchase my phone from them and wanted them to take care of it. Brandy told me she would have the phone in that evening and i could pick up then or in the morning. I picked the morning and asked if I should all first, she assured me that is was not necessary it would be there. I showed up at 10:30 am and the phone was not there !!! they wanted me to come back yet again. I told them that I had had other things to do and may not make it back until the next day. I received a call and Alex told me that if I did not pick up today they would not be able to exchange my phone… funny thing I tried to take care of on Friday with not success and again on Saturday with no success, but I should now be inconvenienced because they messed up??? I don’t think so. Alex was rude and condescending and I would not set foot in that store again. If this is how AT&T thinks customers should be treated, I think I need to find someone else who actually cares about their customers and wants their business.

I typically go to the one near my house, but let’s just say the that location was so rude that I had to leave. I’m so glad I did though because I found a new retail/​dealer that I’ll be loyal to. I’m so impressed with this AT&T location! One of their young retail guy Josh, literally helped my mom and I for over 2 hours! He was so helpful from the smallest question about an application to picking out a new upgraded phone. He was so patient and informative! Literally the best customer service I’ve had in the cell phone industry! If it wasn’t for him, I probably would’ve cancelled my line with the company! Haha
The store had many workers there to help out. Each worker were all in sync with another making sure that each customer was getting attention. They have all the newest phones and tablets. They will give you a discount on products when you purchase a new phone too! I love how they want to give you the best deal on anything and if they can’t, they’ll inform you to call customer service to make sure for better promotions.

I went in this week to buy myself a phone. I was reluctant to come to this store because of previous service I’ve had here but it’s the only one nearby. To my surprise my experience here was much more different this time
I was greeted immediately by Mariana. Everyone was busy with other customers but she was happy to help me. Later on I found out that she was the new store manager and changes were being made. That was evident the moment I walked in. Last time I wasn’t really acknowledged and the last rep wasn’t informed enough about the specifics of phones I was interested in.
Mariana was awesome. She helped me leave with a new phone in hand, the Note 4. She wasn’t pushy and knew her way around a phone. I was so impressed with the service I ended up taking my mother back the next day and got her the new iPhone 6 plus ordered. We got a great deal on accessories and highly recommend this store.

Finally, upgraded to iPhone6 n I love it Jessica & Noelle were very helpful. We shall be back when iPhone10 comes out… lol

The folks over the phone on the billing end were as useless as udders on a boar hog but Christina and Jessie did everything they could to resolve the issue. The issues was not resolved because it was out of the store’s control but I commend their efforts and professionalism nonetheless.

I’ve noticed that this place opened up a while ago back and forth from my house, although I usually go to the Blue Diamond or Durango AT&T.
I’ve had trouble with my bluetooth with a new phone, and calling AT&T didn’t solve it, so I stopped by this place on the way home. Even though I wasn’t purchasing anything or even looking around, they were very helpful in assisting me with the problem that I had, and explained thoroughly on what to do next time the same thing happens.
I’ve experienced some poor customer service in other AT&T stores, but with this short visit, they may have increased the chance of purchasing my next phone here.
