I must say that this AEO might just have the worst customer service ever. I’ve never been to an AEO shop where it seemed impossible to get help from the sales people.
There were about 4 – 5 ladies each doing whatever their assigned task was, but not even 1 person bothered to stop what they were doing and help me out.
I finally found the pair of jeans I was looking for and then asked if I could get a fitting room. When I asking 1 of the associates closest to the fitting room if I can try my items on she didn’t even crack a smile.
And she counted each piece of item I had carefully making me feel really uncomfortable. It’s not that I had a problem with her counting the items, it’s the way she went about it. It was just weird and unprofessional.
As I was coming out of the fitting to get another size the girl at the fitting rooms didn’t even bother helping me with that, so I just grabbed it myself.
I’m not sure where these people got training at, but all I can say is that this is NOT how you run a business and treat customers. This might just be the last time I come to this AE. It was seriously one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

I just recently started shopping at this company. Still trying to evaluate how the clothing will work out at this point. However, the encounters I have had with their employees have not been pleasant. I feel the definitely need improvements in customer service. There seems to be a lot of flawed logic in their company policies. At least the interpretation of them by employees. Will likely avoid this store. Not sure how online service is though.

Customer service sucks! I stood at the counter for about 10min. Before anyone asked if I needed any help. RUDE!
