Shiekh Shoes

I am a regular customer for the past 4years and I have to say that this store is amazing. Great relesaes and selctions of shoes for both men and women. Staff is always friendly and helpful esprcially the store manager, Josh. Highly recommend this store that is why I keep coming back.

My boyfriend and I are regular customers here. The store is usually busy when we come in. The manager, Josh, and the rest of the staff always helps us out with shoes we are looking for and need a size in. This location gets 5 stars because it is the best Shiekhs location in Vegas in my opinion and because of the welcoming and helpful staff members.

Great staff with high energy! The store has a great loft look and feel to it that is reminiscent of NY. I was greeted as soon as I entered, and everyone seemed to be excited about little ol’ me being in the store. Great visit!

This Shiekh is horrible and has horrible customer service. I am from Los Angeles BUT will be in Las Vegas on December 21, 2013 the day that the Gamma Blue Jordan 11s are released. I called the store today to get the raffle code so I could enter the raffle online and they would not give it to me. They said I have to come in the store to get it. How in the hell can I come into the store to get it if I live and am currently in Los Angeles??? However, I am going to Vegas the same day the shoes are released that is why I am trying to enter the raffle in that city. After I spoke to the rep I asked to speak to the manager. The manager rudely answered the phone and started talking before I could even speak. He immediately just answered the phone and said «I’m not giving you the code. You have to come in the store and get it. I don’t care where you are. You better have some one in Vegas come get it for you!» What kind of manager speaks to their customers like that. This store and their management and staff is a horrible representation of Shiekh.
FYI: I called another Shiekh and was able to get a raffle code.
