Book them to move us on Saturday August 29^th about 3 weeks in advance. I call on the 27^th to make sure we are all set to go because the new owners move into our house on the first of September. My instincts were right, they wrote down the wrong date for the move! We were going to pay $ 1200 to pack and move to our rental and then hire them again to move us into our new house 6 months later. Won’t use their services. Called another company with my situation and they honored the cost and will do the work on Saturday. I’ll review the other company after they’ve completed the work on Saturday.

All American Movers are the biggest crooks. If you want to be ripped off just call them and they will be the ones that satisfied. If you use them DO NOT PAY them until they have finished the job because my experience was disastrous. They required me to sign a paper while I was on the phone and then I had to go to the bank and get them cash. That was a big red flag but being a Christian I believed them. Around 9:00 p.m. I was totally exhausted and out of gas. They said that they were totally booked for the rest of the week and that there workers would stay and finish the job even if it took until 3:00 am. That was not very customer focused. Since they had my money the workers said that they would come the next night to help finish the job. Then they changed their tune and said that they would have to talk with their manager. We never saw them again and when I tried to talk with their manager they just said that they offered to finish the job but I told them NO. By then it was after 10:00 p.m. and I was totally wrecked. All I wanted to do was crash. I really thought that they would come back but we never saw them again. It took my husband and I the rest of the week to finish moving. I have never in my life been so ripped off before but All American Movers did it without even feeling bad. My husband and I are seniors and usually businesses show seniors respect… well not All American Movers. I would never recommend them and if you choose to use they make sure you do not pay them until the work is totally finished. I hope that this review will save just one family from being ripped off.
