I bought a MacBook Pro from them and it had a minor issue so I took it back in. They gave me the option of repairing it for free or an even exchange. Thank you for help guys!

Repaired my screen three times bc it was never done right by them each time. They damaged the home button during one of the repairs and didn’t tell me until I mentioned that the finger print unlock feature wouldn’t work anymore. Now my bottom left corner of the screen won’t work so I need to rotate my phone in order to press certain buttons. Terrible place. Go some where else.

Saw their ad in craigslist about trading or selling your device, Wanted to trade my laptop for a tablet, I was under the impression maybe I will have to pay a little bit extra for the tablet I wanted, since the value of my laptop is about the same price as a tablet. I have a mint condition mid/high end specs laptop only about three months old, they offered me a trade in about 35% of the used value of the laptop as a store credit, and only about maybe $ 20 more if I were sell it to them. I thought pawn shops were bad, they are worst than the pawn shop. I understand they got to make money but come on, they are totally ripping you off.

These people are beyond redemption. I purchased a used laptop in May with a 90 day warranty, and of course, the battery went bad within a week. I just called to see what the warranty policy was, and was told that the warranty doesn’t cover the battery. How convenient to be told this AFTER I had bought it rather than BEFORE. Rather than make a big deal about it, I agreed to buy a new battery from them. However, since I live out of state, they would not take my credit card over the phone. The also told me that they WOULDNOT take a certified check, bank check, or money order, and that my only option was to mail them CASH. With absurd policies like this,(along with the entirely indifferent attitude), these guys are just begging to go out of business for the second time. Rather than continue to be treated like a pile of horse manure, I hung up the phone on the moron I was talking to and ordered a battery from Amazon. It’s arriving tomorrow, with a real warranty, and real return policy. If you like being promised something and then being completely blown off, this is the store for you! They can’t even decide what their name is(Laptop Xchange)?

Device Pitstop in LV is a great new find I just discovered. They do repairs on electronic gadgets like smartsphones and computers. The best of all are the second hand laptops, tablets, and smartphones they sell at a fraction of the original cost. They have a 90 days warranty on most of the items they sold and the merchandise doesn’t look second hand even though they are sold as an used item. Digicircle is another great place to hunt for bargain electronic gadgets. But I think Device Pitstop in LV is my favorite new spot to go to to hunt for great value prices on electronic toys and they are located next to LV Chinatown! A haven of good eats for foodie Unilocalers. So what more can you ask for?
