On more than one occasion the wings have been undercooked. Haven’t had the stomach to try again.

Ordered carryout of 15 boneless in mild and BBQ. They gave me my wings and they gave me garlic parm and BBQ by mistake. They swapped out the mild for parm without gloves, which wasn’t hygienic. Got home and started eating: both the mild and BBQ were too spicy for my wife(who doesn’t like spicy) and fairly spicy for me(spicy goer). She couldn’t eat her portion due to heat level. There weren’t other options for milder sauces with BBQ or standard mild buffalo. Also, breading was overpowering and chicken was fatty. In summary: Poor quality; Inaccurate sauce descriptions; Initial order inaccurate; Very disappointing.

I have to say a year ago I visited the place and it was awfully disgusting. I went tonight and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was extremely helpful and exceeded the definition of customer service for a minimum wage position. They also seemed happy at their work place, not terrible miserable like in most positions. It was also so very clean! Not even a particle of dust on the lamps. I’m a bit of a neat freak, and when I see that, I’m a happy camper. Also, they were running a bit behind on my order, not only did they add extra wings but they made sure I was comfortable while I waited(They weren’t even that behind either.) The wings were good and not dripping in grease like the last time I visited. Over all very up to par. I will go back now for sure.

I only have one thing to say: Garlic Parmesan wings! Perfectly crispy on the outside, coated with just the right amount of garlicky goodness and sprinkled with Parmesan… this was the item that has now made me a fan. I also tried the Barbecue and Hawaiian wings and their chicken tenders which were pretty good too… but it’s the Garlic that did it for me.
