Buffalo Wild Wings

It was the football playoffs and the house was packed! I wanted to go out and enjoy a few cold beers and have some food. When we walked in the host walked rudely right past us. The manager seen this and apologized to us and seated us hisself. When we got a waitress, she seemed irritable and even rolled her eyes when my mom asked her for coffee. When we seen the manager again we told him about out experience. He was very genuine and concerned. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience but we really appreciated the managers efforts.

My wife and I waited about 15 minutes in the booths near the front door, where we were asked to wait. There was hardly any customers to justify a 15 minute wait. I tried to flag someone down and was basically ignored by all staff passing me by. When we finally got seated, the waitress seemed real nice and I though maybe things would get better. We waited a long (considering the few customers there). After a while, I could not find our waitress and when I seen her, she was too busy cleaning and whisking past us to ask us if we needed anything. I needed a refill on my drink bad. Finally got the refill and then it took a long time again to get our check. We must have been there for an hour and 20 minutes and there were only a few tables of customers. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I will never go back to Buffalo Wild Wings in Las Cruces and will definitely reconsider using them again anywhere else. I filled out an online survey about this recent visit and asked to be contacted. Nobody ever contacted me whatsoever. Seems typical of this establishment just giving lip service on-​line for their surveys. AVOID this place if at all possible.

Great place for sports viewing! Bar tenders are typically top notch and the wings are meaty and tasty!

I’m super glad we decided to watch the game here. It was awesome how the server totally ignored us time after time and didn’t have the common sense to know when the KIDS asked for ranch with our fried pickles it wasn’t meant to substitute the spicey dipping sauce the adults thought came with. We loved how our drinks ran dry, whether we asked for ranch or bleu was «forgotten» and how when you said our order was up in 30 seconds we waited an additional 5 on top of the original 30 since the order was placed. Have no fear, we will be back to choice number two of the only three football watching spots in town. Beer was cold, thanks.

If you go here don’t be in a hurry. Took over an hour to get our food with four waitresses and only three tables with people. Worst service I’ve seen in years.

Restaurant is filthy. Booth backs were very dirty and had to ask the waitress to wipe the table after we were seated. Very obvious spills all over… why sit us there? It was not even busy at this time. Then the waitress was not friendly and seemed «put out» to ask her to wipe it down. We use to eat there at least 3 times a week the first few years it was open. We always had great service and the restaurant was well maintained. The last 10 times we have been there over the last year have been a horrible experience. Will never eat at this Las cruces location again. Food took at least 30 minutes to come out and was cold. Not as good as when it started. Very poor service, cleanliness, and caliber of food. We keep giving it chances, but just getting worse! Needs a great overhaul and better management!

Slow service. Load tvs. Unorganized wait staff. Slow on food coming out even on a slow night. Wings are way over priced. Good quality is average at best. Hope things change soon.

Apparently this location recently changed ownership, and it’s really gone downhill. The service is still pretty decent, but the food quality has declined. We like to play the trivia game there, but after eating there twice recently, I think we’ll be finding a new place to play.

We asked for a gluten free menu and these servers and hostesses were so rude about it! Sorry I can’t eat gluten! When we finally got a gluten free menu it was tossed at us. Why do all these workers seem like they are not happy to be here? I love Buffalo Wild Wings but this location disappointed me with their poor service. Two stars only because I love the food.

The kitchen was open late, which we were grateful for after working late. Tons of TVs, large selection of cold beer, and the wings were good with over a dozen sauces to choose from. This review would be a five, except for our awful server, Nemo. He was confrontational and worse, thought he was being funny about it. We laughed the first time and tried to let it go, but he kept being annoyingly abrasive and confrontational. You’re not funny dude. I’m sure with any other server, this would have been a great experience.

The food consistently reminds me of the kind you would expect from a fast food joint; although going purely on the taste and consistency of the chicken, I would suggest both KFC and Church’s over BWW. What elevates them from fast food is their beer selection and the fact that it is a great place to watch football on a Sunday due to the huge numbers of screens. Their sauces are probably their strongest suit, but it does not help when they are poured over sub-​standard chicken. In the end, I usually order the french fries, because they always seem to come out right.

My chicken sandwich was full of fat. To make it worse it cost almost $ 10. I wound up not finishing it. The salad I got in the side was an extra $ 1.50. This place is a rip off. Do not dine here!

My opinion of this place has changed 180 degrees. The servers, bartenders, and host/​hostesses went out of their way for me. They were very personable too, and despite what you may think about a chain such as this they take care to make sure you are a satisfied customer.
I forgot my iPad there and it was safe and sound when I returned for it, so I give many thanks for that.
The boneless wings were awesome. It is a good place to watch the UFC to boot!

Three friends and I visited the restaurant after I got off of work to enjoy dinner and drinks. Upon ordering drinks, our server requested identification as expected. Our server, denied my friend’s government issued Driver’s Licence despite his being over the legal drinking age. As California residents, we were unaware of the recent changes to New Mexico state restrictions for serving alcohol to patrons with vertical oriented Identification Cards. Naturally, we asked questions about this policy for clarification. Our server immediately became rude and used offensive language («You don’t have to be a dick to me»).
After his statement, we requested to speak with a manager, who also was very short tempered and used the same offensive language. We left quite shocked at the service and attitude given to us.
I am unsure if our curiosity was taken for antagonism, however, that still does not excuse the poor quality of service we received in that short time.
I have experienced terrible service twice before at this location (cold food and a rude server) and I will not be returning to this place in the future.
I got excellent service at the new Wing Daddy’s right around the corner.

Our server Albert was one of the best! Great and prompt service! He was very courteous and gave our table great service! He was knowledgeable about the food and the menu! Wings were tasty hot and fresh

Half the «wait staff» was outside when I arrived. 10 minute wait for a table in the empty dining area. Sat in the bar area where chicken bones were laying on chairs. Table next to me wasn’t cleaned. This place is disgusting.

The food is consistent regardless of what state you are in. This one was much louder than most in Colorado, not sure if it was to drown out the misery of being here

We stopped in for lunch with some friends who had a coupon to use before it’s expiration. The menu doesn’t have a huge selection of things other than chicken wings and burgers. Three of us had burgers which were good. The waitress that served our table was excellent. We were there early for lunch so the noise level was not too loud yet. The noise level had increased by the time that we left, but is still wasn’t too bad. It is not a place that we would go to frequently, but it was a not a bad experience.

The waitstaff and the manager were total apathetic doofuses. The experience at this B-​Dubs has put me off of them forever.

First and foremost, b-​dubs is one of my favorite spots to eat. Probably once a week in what ever town I am in. I actually book my hotels for work near a b-​dubs (lol).
I order the same thing everytime (12 boneless Mango Habenero w/​2 blue cheese and an order of the pretzels with 2 queso’s and of course several bud lights).
The boneless wings came out in 5 minutes (for those of you who eat b-​dubs alot you know nothing comes out in 5 minutes which is fine because the have the best draft beers) they were cold barely any sauce on them and the queso had a sort of crust on the top like it has been sitting around for a while.
My thought is they were sitting back under a heat lamp for quite some time — I have never had bad wings at b-​dubs.
The bartender was a complete deusch bag he asked everyone else at the bar if hey wanted another beer but not my friend and I. we had to ask him twice for another.
I would not return to this b-​dubs. Hope this does not start a trend!
