I’m not gonna lie, I only came here because McDonald’s drive through was crowded. I am so happy I did! Fresh fries, great tasting burger, curly fry surprises, and my Sprite tasted like it was fresh squeezed from a lime! The staff was very courteous and I got exactly what I ordered. All this and at 1am, I’m definitely coming back.

Really good burgers for a fast food place. Even better with green chiles. Staff were very courteous and it looked like they had good teamwork in the back. The manager was on them to get things out fast and fresh. Cashier even brought out my order to the table. My first Jack In the Box experience and this place made it a good one.

On a road trip from Texas to Nevada, we stopped in Las Cruces for lunch. We went through the drive-​thru, and I had to comment that it was the nicest service that I have ever received at a Jack in the Box. The person on the speaker was very clear and made me double check my order on the screen. At the window, the cashier verified my order again, and double checked on all condiments.
My order was complete and correct. Fastest trip through a drive-​thru on the whole trip.

Good burgers. I like their greasy flat tacos also. I’ve never had Jacks screw up my order the way McDs and Sonic have in Las Cruces. The staff at the drive through window have always been courteous (sometimes too much so. I’m not always in the mood for conversation when picking up fast food). My only complaint with this Jack in the Box is that the orders take longer to fill than at the other places. However unlike the other places I get what I order. Can’t really give a fast food place more than 3 stars, but this Jacks is just fine in my book.
