I have been here before and this is my second review.
Sadly today was not well. I didn’t get past the check in desk.
After verifying with my medial insurance and vision insurance I was told my diabetic exam would not cost me anything.
As I attempted to check in however my life was changed quickly. Not only was there going to be a charge but the lady behind the desk said it would be two charges is I wanted a prescription. One for medical and one for vision.
What good is an exam without a prescription. That’s terrible.
I decided that it would be better to cancel and call insurance and get a paper proof of costs.
I’m not sure if this office is trying to screw people or double bill but either way it’s not going to work for me.
I like the doctor and he’s great but I think I will be looking for a new optometrist.
Not thrilled guys. Just because you’re in the map doesn’t mean you can act like bad people.
