My stay exceeded my expectations! We asked to check in early, since we arrived early for a wedding, and the room was ready for us. The room was clean, bright, comfortable. I needed an iron and ironing board to press my shirt, it was in the closet where I expected it to be. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Well stocked pantry at front desk for a late night snack. A very nice comfortable stay during a very hectic weekend visit. I couldn’t wait to leave the wedding that evening to crawl into a very comfortable bed!

Had a great stay Memorial day weekend! Prices were $ 199 per night/it was a holiday. Knowing my standards I decided to book. I had a king suite which was just lovely, clean and comfortable. Check-in & checkout were smooth sailing. The hotel is located right in a shopping district there’s a Wal-Mart and plenty of restaurants within a mile. Being a female traveling alone I felt safe the grounds are well kept and the parking lot is well lite.

My stay at Springhill Suites was enjoyable, they were able to accomodate me with an early check-in because of a wedding I was attending that afternoon. The room was comfortable and everyone was very pleasant. After returning from a wedding around midnight a few of us chose to have a night cap and Catrice was kind enough to reopen the bar for us. Thanks again Catrice and Springhill Suites.

I love the Marriott brand hotels. They are always clean, vibrant, and welcoming. Springhill Lansing is no exception. We had a few beverages in the bar after dinner. Danielle is an amazing hostess. She was friendly and efficient. She checked on us frequently and talked with us a bit. The bed was comfortable, but the linens could have been higher quality. And again with the towels — they are not big enough or fluffy enough to actually dry your entire body. But overall, this is a very nice hotel.

Hockey tournament and the breakfast was unable to keep up with the demand. Very unhappy group of players

Ugh! –10 stars doesn’t even do this place justice. I checked in for a business trip in October. There was a creepy old man, Mr. M. who was lingering in the lobby after checking in. All of the staff goes gaga over him and he LOVES the attention. I was assigned a room on the third floor, so I proceeded to the elevator and to my room. This creepy guy rode the elevator with me and made me so uncomfortable. I could tell he’s a regular at this hotel because they address him by name and he seems to know all of the details about them. He proceeded to say some really creepy things to me. He got off at the second floor, and I proceeded to the third. Upon entering my room, I noticed a foul smell. Once I opened the door, it was a mix of mildew and smoke. The carpet had not been vacuumed, the sheets were dirty and the bathroom had smeared junk all over it. The bathroom floor desperately needed a good cleaning, as well as the shower and sink. I was so disgusted by this place, I went back down to the desk and asked for a refund. The manager came out and apologized. She was very nice and professional. I explained that the room was gross, and didn’t feel comfortable with the creeper that checked in before me. I don’t recommend this place.

I recently stayed here for a wedding. We stayed in rooms that were blocked off for the wedding and got a wonderful price! The staff was super friendly and our room was very clean. The breakfast was the star of the show. The oatmeal/yogurt bar was delicious and the fresh coffee all day made the cold MI weather more bearable.

Very nice room… Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Front desk service was very good and even though the battery for the lock of our room died someone helped us promptly, got us in the room, and replaced the battery. Decent breakfast buffet…

SpingHill Suites(especially for the bargain my mom was able to reserve it at) had the BEST staff, amenities and super comfy king size bed. So why should you trust me? Let’s see… I was having major roommate problems and as a first year law student who needed to do well on her exams… I had no choice but to find a place that would provide peace of mind. I stayed at the SpringHill Suites, then the Hampton Inn and lastly the Ramada. Why 3 hotels? You don’t want to know why, lol. Anyway, SpringHill Suites(Marriott) was the BEST hotel out of all of them. They have a lot of freebies like free wifi, indoor pool and jacuzzi, breakfast(make a waffle, some pastries, some cereal, some bananas, apples, oranges, oatmeal, dried cranberries, syrup, no ruit toppings or whip cream… but it’s still really nice — I love how big their bathroom is. and the maids are nice too) Oh yes, they have a microwave!(at least in my suite they did.) and a small sink to wash dishes… and omg, they even have paper plates and plastic utensils in the room! So I was easily able to «defrost» my frozen foodsand eat it without even taking a step out of my room. And there was a mini fridge too– perfect for putting my bottled water, leftover foods, and juice~ So for the service alone, I would give SpringHill Suites 5 stars! Why? Well, you be the judge. I asked them for scissors and tape so i could wrap a «gift» — no problem! I needed white out, not the liquid but the«tape» kind — no problem! I needed four dollars’ worth of quarters — no problem! Now I need a shuttle — so sorry, we don’t have one… so how about a cab? Ok, what kind of cab? And So Rolando HIMSELF called around just to find a cab service that would offer me a flat rate to take me to school for my exam — he got me a great deal! Thanks Rolando! And there was another young gentleman at the front —(really cute too! lol) that allowed me to check out over the phone~ so yes, I didn’t even need to bring my hotel card keys …(i was literally at the end of the hall) to the front desk. The ONLY reason I took off half a star is because the location of the hotel is not exactly convenient for those that don’t have a car… but hey, they’ve got a great staff that are more than willing to help you. I would definitely come back to stay with them. Oh dear ol’ SpingHill Suites, you are tucked away behind Lowe’s — I’m hidden away… when you have so much to offer! Your staff is 5 star material and thank you for the wonderful stay! PS I forgot to mention that I was studying from 1am-4am in the cafeteria and this lady with shoulder-length blondish hair came to check on me to make sure I wasn’t «too cold» and then came again to offer me freshly baked chocolate chip cookies! Like wow, I felt like I was at a relative’s place… seriously, I cannot rave enough about the staff because they have totally spoiled me. which is probably why my rating for the Ramada is a 2 star rating(Yes YOU Ramada(also located on Saginaw) everyone please try to avoid Gary — he is the man that lets you know he’s annoyed and there was the: «No, ma’am, you need to call the cab service yourself — WE do not get involved» And also,” Yes, we offer shuttle service but the for date you suggested… NO, he won’t be able to take you at that time.” Nice job Gary — you make me want to go back to SpringHill Suites)

We were in town for a wedding and stayed here two nights. The rooms were ok, a bit awkwardly arranged, with the TV and dresser kind of blocking the passage between the living area and the bed area, but it’s not impossible to maneuver around. We also had some trouble with the drapes. The black-out curtains were hard to find, and we didn’t even realize they were there till in a fit of sleeplessness i decided to try and cover the bright window(you’re right off the highway, near shopping centers) with the coverlet. They are hiding behind the sheers, don’t let them fool you! I also really liked that fresh fruit was always available in the lobby. The breakfast was decent too. not good enough to get us out of bed by 10am on the second day, but well enough i thought. I’m not sure if i’d stay there again. it was a good value for the money, but not a spectacular enough experience to draw me back to Lansing.
