They have added an additional counter with two employees and another one for questions. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The woman answering questions said it does get busy in waves. But I was happy to see the additional help space and be out so quick.

As previously stated, I wish I could give them zero stars. I have called 4 times trying to get the cable that is displayed around my yard and drive way, endangering my family and pets, buried. When I came in today I simply asked for a supervisor since none of the regular employees could help. Instead, I was forced to wait in line for over an hour to talk to the same desk clerk I talked to on the phone previously and demand a supervisor. This issue should not have been placed upon me and my family in the first place and Comcast has only burdened me further when they have failed to burry the cord for the last 6 months. I would never suggest Comcast to another person and would recommend a company more customer oriented and less money driven like AT&T or Dish.

If I could, I would review them as 0 stars. Simply because I’m paying almost $ 200 a month for cable and Internet. Simple cable and Internet. They told me that HD services, cable(200 channels) and Internet would be $ 129.99 and somehow it ended up being on my bill, $ 177.99. I called Comcast and they told me that it’s because I keep ordering movies and taxes. Well I have never ordered a movie and I didn’t know taxes would be $ 50. Then I started talking to the lady about how I didn’t understand and she said«hang on» and put me on hold for 10 minutes and sent me to the retention department. They asked me the same questions and I told her my problem and she sent me back to the same lady! I’m so tired of them. Do not get Comcast. It’s a hassle.

If you are interested in spending 1 – 2 hours for assistance with something that would normally take 5 – 10 minutes this is the place to go. They aren’t friendly or efficient. It smells and furniture is breaking down. Save yourself the trouble and use direct tv or AT&T cable if you have in the area
