I just had another fantastic experience with IERNA’s Heating & Cooling. We had a problem with our system on Friday afternoon. Within about an hour Nate was out and diagnosed the problem as something very minor. He had the system running in about 10 minutes. He did a system check afterward and gave some recommendations. The whole time he was smiling and extremely pleasant. Thanks again!!!

Do not use this company! We called Ierna’s to come out and look at our 3-year old unit which was coming due for a yearly maintenance but more specifically because we were hearing a drip noise coming from the indoor unit. A «repair» tech came on site and spent less than 30 minutes on site. We were told that everything was in great shape and the drip was probably just a little condensation in the indoor unit dripping to the outside. The dripping noise continued for another several weeks and seemed to increase. We called the company again because we were concerned and drip had not existed previously. A couple of days before the appointment, our oak hardwood floors began to buckle and raise need the indoor unit. When the tech came out, he immediately identified the drip was caused because the condensate pipe was clogged. The first tech never even looked at that pipe let alone cleaned it. This oversight resulted in over $ 2500 in damage to our wood flooring. As a fellow local business owner, I had some association with Charlene Ierna. So, I attempted to reach out to her directly to share the experience. Our intention was simply to inform and to see that the owner was accountable enough in her business to have a conversation about the oversight. Instead of a direct phone call which would have been the end of the incident for us, after several days, we received a call from one of her employees. He attempted to talk in circles, threaten us and abdicate responsibility. It was an appalling response; in my perspective a direct reflection of the company culture and ethics. So, on the counts of both competence and integrity, I give Ierna’s Heating and Cooling an «F».

Had a great experience with this company and will be using them in the future! Honest, did not try to up sell and tell me I needed all sorts of crazy things done! Serviced both units, cleaned up well, kept me updated on what he was doing and was very thorough! I have tried 6 or so different A/C service companies and will stick with this one.

This company does honest, ethical work. I have worked with them, used them and seen them at nearly every community/chamber event there is. It’s run the way a business should be run and I highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of their services. Ierna did«erna my trust, erna my business» … it’s their slogan and it’s great because it’s true.
