This company is honest, reliable, and were able to tell us exactly why we were experiencing problems with our unit.
We should went with them from the VERY beginning!
To make a long story short, Armand and his team had to come in after a whole lot of mess from 3 other companies combined over the past 7 years basically. The most recent company that we went with left us hanging for 5 days and 4 nights without AC — claiming that parts and other factors contributed in them not being able to get the job done.
Armand and First Pinoy to the rescue! They came in told us the BIG problem that has ben causing the series of small problems (because the other companies have been putting band-​aids over them and not getting to root of the issue). He gave us options straight forward — giving us the pros and cons of each option, including the price points. If we didn’t understand, he was sure to explain it so that we can. He did’t up-​sell any warranties, payment plans, fancy filter equipment, nothing. He didn’t have any hidden fees, no side charges, nothing. Straight up parts and labor. No funny stuff.
He and his team got the ENTIRE job done the SAME day — ensuring to not leave us alone in the heat. They worked into the evening and didn’t let up. Armand and the team even followed up to make sure all of the electrical and such worked properly the following week; if we had a question, they didn’t mind answering the phone and getting back to us.
Above all — this company is kind, honest, and down to earth. They are hard working, know their stuff, and they work as a TRUE team. We will be going with the AC company from now on and won’t turn back. Having this company on your side will be an asset to your personal time and your home. Go with them; you won’t regret it!
