It comes down to two primary needs for me in this line of work. Ability to respond quickly and address the problem on site. In both cases they have done just that and provide a friendly service. Not sure what more you could ask for. Prices are fair and inline with competition. I will utilize their service in the future.

They were out at least 5 – 8 times, never could get it fixed correctly. We paid them over $ 1000 in repairs and service calls, to no avail. Finally called another septic service who finally got it working properly. I will never use Cote’s again, nor would I ever recommend them. We used Austin Septic — they were great!

Horrible Company. They’re supposed to come out and drain my septic tank, but were a no-​show. I called them left a message and no response. I called them back again later on and they hung up on me. Stay away from doing business with these people.
