Home-​style vibe with big ol’ comfort meals! Looked like there were a couple of local regulars from the surrounding PA Dutch country. I, however, thought it was rickety and dreary inside. The food gleaming with grease. Broccoli salad was drenched in a soupy mayonnaise cream sauce with stringy, soggy onions. Very unsettling

Rushed rushed rushed. Scalding hot plates thrown on the table. Sweating from no ac. Didn’t get a r fill of my coffee. Wanted to ask for hot sauce but felt i couldn’t. Under staffed.

Nice enough place, friendly enough service. Kind of wish the windows were bigger, couldn’t hardly see what was happening in the outside world. Just passing through, but I might could consider eating here again

Stopped in while on a business trip. Neat place that has a regular local following. Many of the customers know each other and there’s a comfortable, familiar air about the place.
Food was cooked right. Good classic basic breakfast. Offers four strips of bacon instead of the chain standard of 2. Over easy eggs were over easy, no slimy whites (undercooked) and not over medium. Home fried potatoes were not deep fried cubes but properly skillet fried slices. Needed a bit more salt but that’s a preference.
This will be a regular mainstay when I travel to Lancaster.

Great service! Great food! Great price! For a casual hometown dinner A+ We liked everything that was ordered and enjoyed the live music on a Friday night. Thought it was pretty cool that they had reserved tables for the «regulars».

A very nice restaurant in a very nice little town off of the beaten path… Food was good and service was also good. We will definitely be returning to Smoketown when we are in the Lancaster area ! THANKS

This is our breakfast spot about once a week. We’ve never had a bad breakfast here at all… although have never really had any lunch or dinner here. Service is excellent and the food is always cooked to perfection. Omelettes and banana pancakes are amazing… and the staff is fun.

Cute place but the food wasn’t very good. It’s hard to ruin breakfast, but they managed. We waited forever for the food even though there were only about 5 tables seated, and when it arrived the scrambled eggs were burnt. Service was very friendly but the staff ran around looking frenzied and unorganized when there were hardly any people there. I’d give it another try during the week instead of the weekend.
