Little Caesars

If you’re going to buy little Caesars don’t be surprised for the taste & service you get for such a cheap price at a the horrible poorer side of town people. Little Caesars is not a 5 star diner with waiters, you’re paying for the cheapest pizza so don’t be surprised when the service sucks. These employees usually deal with around 20 – 30 people per 5 – 10 minutes, and usually these people are angry ghetto customers whom expect the world and are then angry when they don’t get it. If you want better pizza and better quality in pizza and service pay up for it at dominos or a pizza on the west side other wise you get what you pay for.

I love Little Caesars but I was very unimpressed with this location. I called and they told me 20 minutes, I even showed up 30 minutes later only to wait even longer.
There are 8 crew members in the joint and I had to sit in the store for over 25 minutes, for a phone order. Kinda ridiculous.
I then came home and none of my pizzas were cut through, poor pizza dress, just one clump of toppings in the middle and I got limpy, and gooey crazy bread. This restaurant is crap, and not a good establishment.
I’ll drive to another LC’s before I come back to this one.

Happily went in to purchase two hot and ready pizzas for my family, 30 minutes later left home with two pizzas. After my family ate the pizza we all became violently ill. felt like the second coming of world war II. MY WHOLE FAMILY ages 2 – 50 were affected by this infectious contaminated catastrophe!!! we were sick for days. we thought we were dying! Never, never, never, never, will I ever put my family in harms way ever again! thank you Ceasers!!! you’ve lost my business and ill tell everyone I know! I will never purchase from this franchise with the pimple poppin, no hand washing, teenage dropout crew again! please save yourself and your families and eat somewhere else! don’t try to save your money with this deal!

Horrible service. My wife and I love little Caesars pizza but this location was the worst I have ever experienced. First off sarah the cashier was so rude no acknowledgement what so ever when it was time for my order she just gave me a price took my card without even saying hello welcome to little Caesars like every were else and just told me to sign and basically threw the
my hand like she didn’t even care. That wasn’t the worst part as I was waiting in line there were phone calls coming in and she ignored them and threw the phone under the cabnet. Sorry for this long paragraph of a comment but I’m sorry this needs to be said that this person needs to be trained better on customer service or think about another work environment but sure as hell ain’t customer service.

A very popular place especially during dinner hour, line goes fast and longest wait was 15 minutes, unless you order churros when its busy. Next time, I will call ahead of time.

Which isn’t that much of a surprise after all, considering there isn’t one hair net in the house.
Of course they offered me a replacement pizza, which I accepted over the five day refund timetable.
Only trouble is, this pizza’s crust was considerably thinner and very undercooked with the cheese even falling through the crust and onto the box.
With a little more focus on customer service, and a lot on consistency in taste, there’s no reason why this Little Ceasar’s shouldn’t be able to boost it’s reviews here.
2 stars because they HAVE made great pizza for me in the past.

I hope this was a case of terrible service and not anything racist. I was the only caucasian person there and I was completely ignored by the non-​caucasian staff.
In addition, this is a lousy area; I don’t care to be around here at night.
I won’t be back.

This little caesars location is the worst one I have been to so far in the antelope valley. First because we called there phone number found on the corporate web site and all I got was ringing the whole entire time, mind you I called about 4 times. Second the store was dirty and I had to wait about 20 minutes for my pizza but they say hot n ready but not ready at all, but the reason I am leaving two stars because at least when I received my pizza and bread sticks they were fresh. I think I won’t be back to this location. AND of course I went back to give it a try and got terribly sick STAY AWAY!!!

The pizza is what you would expect from any little Caesar location. This specific locale has (sometimes) horrible wait times. Like today, I waited 20 minutes for two pizzas. With it’s employees being mostly teens i can see why.

Pizza quality is good, for what your paying for. If you come here within 30-​minutes of closing time, the line is usually long, especially on Friday & Saturday nights.
