Went to chili tonight took over 30 minutes to bring us drinks we ordered after complaining to the manager we finally received our drink order but not before the manager dismissed are complaint as it was no big deal it took 30 or so minutes for our drinks to show up our food to dad additional 25 minutes to show up and was incomplete and wrong not once did the server come back to ask if our order was ok nor did the manager come back to make sure we receive our drinks the manager’s name was Alice icamen. That was the worst management I’ve ever ran into, when the Millers all said done I went up to her and told her by redo at all I was in put this up as a bad review on Unilocal and she told me don’t threaten her a base we get out of her face. It was the worst experience we’ve had here and we come here often. You could tell home good of us place there is by the way the manager run the place and I can tell you from experience that managers horrible and I would not recommend going to this chilis while this manager is still working there.

Only giving one star because you can’t give 0. Tried for an hour to use the website to order. Tried calling, no one answered or it was busy. Arrived to put in an order, was told sorry they were having issues with the Internet. Asked about the phone they said they didn’t know it wasn’t working. The couple waiting with us also complained the phones weren’t working. We were told it was a 25 minute wait. We waited in the Togo area for OVERANHOURAND A HALF then when our order was ready they tried to give it to someone else! I will never use them for Togo again. They made a long day even longer. They wouldn’t even let us switch to dining in since it was taking so long. Awful. Will not go back.

A trip to chilis doesnt give great expectations, and this last trip didnt live up to mediocre expectations. A steak that is sent back twice because its not medium, a beef enchilada with a sauce that tastes like bbq sauce? Service thats slow with inaccurate orders seem to be the norm. And why are there no bus people? Apparently each server clears the plates, this is poor management an policy. The prices are high, 3 tacos for $ 12? There are much better places to go. Their attempt at tex-mex is lacking. Even the guac was bland, and thats not a complicated recipe. Chain restaurant going through the motions, with a poor plan of execution. Skip it. WHAT Was I THINKING? Again, I visited Chilis, I like the ribs and thought I’d try again. BADIDEA! Should’ve read my last review! Once again The service was absolutely HORRENDOUS. we waited an hour and 30 minutes and finally just left after only receiving drinks and chips and salsa. We also ordered to guac, which the server set on the table next to us realized her mistake, pick it up and brought it to our table which DISGUSTED us. Can you imagine your food on somebody else’s table and then somebody picking it up and bringing it to you? That shows no training whatsoever and we know it starts at the top! We decided just to leave and I approach the manager who only offered an excuse that they didn’t anticipate such a busy night. that proves my case: BADMANAGEMENT. understaffed and poorly trained can only be blamed on the management. Can someone tell me why they do not have people to bus tables? we stared at numerous dirty tables the entire time while people waited to be seated. That creates great atmosphere doesn’t it? NEVER again will I go to Chili’s and I do not recommend this place to anybody, not even people I may dislike. We walked next door to Rubio’s, had great fast service and fresh food. much better choice!

This chilis service is extremely slow. I ordered enchiladas and after 30 minutes of waiting I left. The next time I went I ordered the same enchiladas and they were extremely dry. The waitresses don’t even acknowledge you if you have to wait too long I only go there for drinks now, that’s the only thing they do right.

Worst service ever! Besides waiting 30 min for table, which we understood it was busy they sat us down and were completely ignored for 20 mins! Not one server came by to at least get our drinks! We walked out and talked to Sal the manager and all he had to say was oh, and told us to go sit down and he would help us… we left and had dinner at applebees where service was 100% better! Never again going to this location.

Well after being a faithful customer here for about 3 years. I finally have had a very horrible experience. The waitress I had got my order wrong then brought appitizers for a table of 6 with NO plates. The waitress didnt stay on top on the drinks and for 35 min I had no drink. It was horrible customer service for a resturant that I normally love. I will NEVER come to this location again. I am extremly disappointed with this experience here and sad that this is chilis.

Two times I went to Chili’sin one week and both times they were out of a key ingredients to the food I ordered were not available so I had to alter my order. They have changed a lot of the menu from my days where Chili’s was my favorite and the portions seem to keep getting smaller. Their little machine you play games on and pay with had a serious glitch on my last visit. However, the manager and our server were fantastic though.

Go to palmdale… especially if it’s take out. Ordered on a Tuesday and arrived at the time it was suppose to be ready…45 minutes later we get our food and they tell us nobody usually orders on Tuesday… really? Not to mention staff ignored us when we tried to get their attention. Dine in once and my husband’s rice was not cooked all the way. Again during lunch and it took a lot longer than expected to get the food. Never going to this chilis again

Man I really liked our first visit here and after racking up some points I brought my family of 6 back. Needless to say I’m a GM and have managed restraints for 10+ years. It was obvious to spot the manager on duty but he could care less about us. I ordered steak and noted very clearly that I wanted them as rare as can be. Of course they came out extra extra well done. Our server was very sweet although he seemed undertrained. We were given 3 silver ware for a party of 6. My family is done eating and I’m left here waiting on my food and refills that I requested several minutes ago. I don’t blame our waiter I blame the management. Although the manager was present on the floor he did not come by to touch tables or check on us, or even tell me that my food would be out soon. The kids meals were ok. My husband did not like his food. And again I’m sitting here waiting. I’m starving. But no food is here yet. Corporate, please reach out to this store and offer some fresh up on training especially to your MOD who was more concerned with bussing tables then interacting with guests. Which we are who pays everyone’s salaries.

On 10÷1÷15 my family & i went here for dinner, well that was the plan. When we got there we were seated and no one asked if we wanted drinks for about 20 mins or so. Then finally someone asked us. i think the drinks took a while too. When we finally got our waiter to take our order it took so long i forgot what i and even ordered. it was horrible service i suggested to my Dad that we should go to Bj’s. And thats exactly what we did we paid for our drinks & the hostess said the food was coming out but that wasn’t enough to make us stay. We took our business to Bj’s which was a better environment. We got our drinks right away & service was how it should be. Don’t bother going to this ghetto Chilis. Go to Bj’s they won’t let you down.

I’m at Chili’s right now in West GHETTO Lancaster and I’m telling you right now as I’m sitting here with my daughter’s family this Chili’s SUCKSASS! Do NOTCOMEHERE! service does NOTEXIST here what’s so EVER you are better off going to Palmdale instead. Most of these Food Servers look like they all Dropped Out of High School and now have to work here because they LACKANYSKILLS to have a better job so now these Losers have to stay here and make a Crappie Living if you can call it that. I’m so glad I live in Sherman Oaks and have a Real Job. I left this HELLHOLE after WAITING45 minutes for our order and went straight to BJ’S in Palmdale now I’m getting the service All Customers Deserve and Much Better Food

This is only average restaurant food served. Had little unusual, memorable flavor. Salsa was good and beer was cold but not much else. My wife’s margarita didn’t have much blackberry in it and was a happy hour drink. The waitress did get another one and let us keep the weak one. Only a fair place to hang out on a Friday night.

We had the best waitress ever(Melissa), however they didn’t have enough staff to make the food and service the bar. I love chili’s and the food but this was a horrible experience and we had a group of over 20 and one waitress? Until DC came out and saved the day! Our drinks alone took over 39 minutes to come out and our food. .well let me say one of the guest took a nap! Everyone seemed to be very nice and ready to help, but they are more experienced than this and it’s very disappointing.

I eat here at least once a month and it is definitely hit or miss. Last night I placed an order to go and was told it would be ready in 20 to 30 minutes. I arrived after 30 minutes. The waiting area for to go orders is right next to the kitchen and you can hear everything that’s going on in there. During the 15 minutes that I was sitting there waiting for my order, I couldn’t believe the things they were saying in the kitchen. They kept using a word that would definitely offend the LGBT community. Then two employees came out of the kitchen and while walking out of the exit I heard one of them say«I’m so glad I’m getting the hell out of here». Management definitely needs to remind its employees to be careful what they say around customers. On the bright side, our meals were really good.

It is a Chili’s. Same as just about every other one in the chain, nothing exceptionally good or bad about the food or atmosphere. I ordered a salad and it arrived fairly quickly. The bartender here is very friendly and a complete crackup, but I can’t remember his name. I’d say this place earns a sold 3 stars.

Great updated food selections. The house salad now has spinach for the green. The new white queso spinach dip was great. For my entrée I had the Tex mex duo with the soft taco and tostada. The meat is a little spciy, but very delicious. My husband’s Ribeye was cooked as ordered, tender but could use some more seasoning. Great service, fun atmosphere.

The bar section is where we mainly go when it comes to happy hour or to watch football games. Great deal specials especially on Sundays where its happy hour the whole day. Bartenders are usually attentive. Free chips and salsa. The food qualities sometimes lack in flavor. Sorta just slapped on but presentation is a thumbs up. Parking is shared amongst the other stores and little restaurants. Of course, just go here during non-peak hours.
