So hot! Went here on a 100 degree day after a baseball game heading to another one and the AC was broken or something! Complained multiple times to our waitress who«couldn’t find the manager» and then after complaining more she said they were having AC issues and the fan right above our table was broken! The manager never came over to apologize or anything– horrible service! They need a sign on the front door saying the inside temp was 82 degrees or at least apologize!

This location is 10000 times better than the one on Arapahoe, which is sad because I live in Parker but will never go to the Twin Peaks on Arapahoe again. Enough of that though, this location was great, our meal was literally perfect. I have dietary restrictions, and our waitress and the kitchen staff made sure to address this, adverse to the specifications, and still make a delicious dish. They took the restrictions too far even and the kitchen had the waitress ask if certain things could be in the dish, I can not explain how much I appreciate that concern. The ONLY negative to the trip was the new uniforms. My wife hated them, and I couldn’t agree more.

No complaints on my visit, had the chicken fried steak with mashed pototoes and vegetables. Not sure where they got the chicken from as it was like a long, flat piece of meat, not a chicken breast, thigh, etc. They have tv’s in the booths but no remote, so you are stuck watching whatever is on. The eternal deal with super attractive servers is the same as it ever was, half are so not into their jobs it is obvious, but other then that the place is solid.

Food decent. Beer selection good. Staff nice and friendly and it’s nice to see a little skin during the winter. I’ll be back

Only reason to go is because it’s close. Who cares what the server looks like, the Keg has better. Beer is cold, drinks are poured good but the food sucks and the clientele is garbage. Go to yard house if you are in a pinch instead.

It’s been a minute, but coming back here was pretty fun. The bartenders provided really good service, and there’s nothing wrong with 22 oz beers. The Mama’s Pot Roast was excellent served with broccoli and mac & cheese.

Ive heard the customer service is bd, and they proved it. Only came in because we were locked out if our car and waiting for AAA. The waitress wouldn’t serve me because my ID was locked jn my car with the rest of my purse. Who cares that im old enough to be her mom. I get the legal implications, so lets not go there. Sometimes its ok to think outside if the box.

So I have been here only once but A comes occasionally. I don’t mind the theme and in my mind they are lightyears ahead of Hooters and Tilted Kilt. Hooters has always sucked and Tilted Kilt used to be good but now their food blows. Positives Beer is COLD They have cider Decent menu Negatives Can see the issue with staff, most were very unenthusiastic and slow(we were lucky with our waitress because we had our infant and so she kept coming over to say hi to her). Its a chain Our waitress did let us know that they had made changes to the menu and restructured some of the items that had the same name but were made differently now. We had orders of sliders, deep fried pickles, Philly Cheesesteak, and the Hang Over burger. I wasn’t disappointed with any of them(I don’t even like deep fried pickles and they were OK).

Love that the girls remember our name. But these new one’s are not has good has the ones that first started when it opened. I always went because of the different outfits every holiday but now they don’t dress up no more. That makes me not want to go has much anymore this place was awesome but not no more. I used to get the chicken fried chicken it use to come out taking over my plate. Now it’s so small it’s not worth buying no more.

I had Jen as my bartender and it was the best experience I ever had. She was knowledgeable about the beer and constantly checking in with me. I will for sure be back to this location!

Had a sweetheart of a server whose name I don’t recall. She was very attentive and checked in on us regularly. The beer is served at sub zero temperatures and you can definitely tell. You’re just as well off getting the«man pour», as the price difference on my angry orchard was $ 1.50 between the two. It’s also nice having a small tv in booths where you assumedly have control. The food however is very unappealing. The plus side was the chips and queso. The chips are the thin and crispy sort, queso had some nice kick. Fried pickles were overly battered and terrible. Wings were better than Old Chicago’s but certainly nothing special. Ranch was blah as well. Go for the drinks and skip the food.

I used to work at a twin peaks so you would think I would enjoy my experience but in all honesty it sucked. The host was on her phone and chatting with a man who must have been a regular when we walked in. Seated in Jessica’s section. Great service, but timing standards are a bit off. Awesome food. Took almost 10 minutes to grab our check with the payment. Went to use the restroom and the girls were in there on their phones. But Jessica is a fantastic waitress! She seemed to like her job but most of the girls were just hanging out by the computers or at the host stand or on their phones. Frustrating experience from a seasoned twin peaks girl herself.

Recommend waitress Andrea, she was a sweetheart to me, my boyfriend, son and nephew. Came to our every need and also had a perfect attitude. Not once was she upset or had us waiting. Ask for a table with Andrea!!! –Elizabeth M.-

I have been going to this Twin Peaks since it opened. It was initially a great atmosphere with awesome food and the service was actually very good. Unfortunately it has continually declined, especially over the past year or so. The service has been getting worse and worse, but nothing can compare to the most recent experience I had. There was a group of 6 of us on a rather slow Tuesday night. Upon arrival we had a bit of a wait until our waitress stopped by, but it was tolerable. We then ordered a round of beers. It took around 10 minutes or so before the beers came and unforunately one of the individuals in our party initially did not order a beer and changed his mind. He ordered one at this point and it didn’t come until right before our food arrived(which we hadn’t even ordered at this point). We continued to have issues throughout the night. Each time we ordered a drink, we could expect it would take another 10 – 15 minutes before it would come. After that we attempted to order our all time favorite appetizer, fried pickles and jalapenos. Our waitress told us that they«don’t do the jalapenos in this state». I told her we have ordered them every time we have ever come in. Her response was they must have been discontinued since then. It is worth noting that I know some of the girls that work there so I texted one of them who informed me this was absolutely incorrect. They may not be on the menu(which they haven’t been in quite a long time), but they most certainly do have them. Moving on to dinner. One person in our group ordered chicken fried chicken. She was brought out chicken fried steak… Although I get it and it does happen, it was starting to get irritating to the point it was almost comical. After not being able to flag our server down for a few minutes, we brought it to the hosts stand and asked to have it remade to the correct order. It finally comes as we are finishing our meal, although the food itself is well overcooked. At this point we’re just ready to get our check and leave. We ask to split it two ways. …You guessed it, that didn’t happen either. Instead it was split four ways an entirely incorrectly. at this point we drop it as we just want to go. Unfortunately after reviewing the checks, we are not only still charged for the chicken fried chicken, but also charged for the chicken fried steak, which we did not order and sent back. I saw a manager behind the bar so confronted him to have it corrected. The manager on duty could not have cared less. He removed the chicken fried steak from the ticket however did it reluctantly and acted as though it was our fault. The service has gone down here and clearly the management has as well. This is a perfect example of what this Twin Peaks has turned in to and it truly dissapoints me as I have been going here for so long and it is right by my house. The service is absolutely pathetic and it seems to stem from management. At this point, I certainly do not plan on returning to this location until the management issues is fixed.

I should hate this place, but damn it… I don’t. The service is always a bit on the slow side, but I think most people come here to hang out for a longer period of time rather than a quick meal, so that’s okay. I always stop in here with my work friends, and our waitress last time was the ebst we ever had. I think he name was Desiree – I hope she will be our waitress again! The food here is… okay. I do love their mozzarella bites on a potentially romantic level. The fried pickles are a bit salty, but the spicy chicken strips are good too. The burgers look overcooked, but I’ve never actually tried one. The beers here are so good! I love how cold they are. And the shots are affordable. It’s fun here, that’s what it boils down to. :)
