We had heard some good reviews on this place and wanted to try it me and hubby both ordered the #6 combo and he ordered a hot dog well when we got out food his hot dog is on a flat bun now how the heck is he supposed to eat that my burger was so salty was not good at all! Well I can assure u we won’t be back to this place not worth the money! Hubby went to counter to get a new hot dog and the lady tells him they come that way! Bad!

I don’t know how smashing a burger so thin that it comes out crunchy can taste good. So many people rave about these burgers and I don’t see the attraction. Ordered double bacon burger. Patty’s were so thin and crunchy it fell apart. Bacon was burnt. Fries were only ok and the fry sauce is not that great. Maybe the custard is good but decided not to try after the horrible burger.

Was the smallest lame is four dollar burger ever! The wait took a long time, too. Definitely go somewhere else.

Meh. Came on a Thursday night and the place was empty. There clearly wasn’t a manager on duty as most of the employees just seemed to be messing around. You can see the work space from the counter and the floor was absolutely filthy. Granted I’m not sitting back there but if the public can see it, then you need to ensure it is spotless or at the very least been cleaned recently. Nothing special, burger was a burger.

Paper thin burgers, but tasty. The place was super busy and every trash can was overflowing onto the floor including the bathroom cans. The tables look like they haven’t been wiped down since they opened.

I’m sitting in Freddy s right now and it has currently been 15 minutes since I ordered two ice cream cones. The manager is standing watching the front of house workers. I’m very disappointed in the service of this restaurant. As a customer since they opened in June of 2015 I have seen nothing but a decrease in service in the past two months.

Freddy’s is Yummy! We have been here a couple of times and have enjoyed it each time. This last visit, I had the Patty Melt and fries. I would definitely get them again. I have had the onion rings, fries, the Freddy’s orginal burger. My husband had the California style. All were good! It’s a nice change from your standard Fast Food burgers. The patties are thin, but I like that! Oh and their custard… Delish! The chocolate is so rich, you don’t even need a mix in. My toddler ate his whole dinner too, which lately is a miracle! We will definitely be back.

Burgers are pretty thin which generally makes a double about the size of a normal burger FYI. Shoe string fries really aren’t my thing but you get a lot and they are good. Their custard is awesome and we usually pick some up for parties & other various occassions.

Good food, burgers are super thin, so a double is almost as thick as a normal burger at most other places. You get a lot of fries if that’s your thing. Best feature is their custard.

This used to be one of our favorite places to eat. We dug the reasonably priced, good food. Now everything on the menu is over a dollar higher. They changed the music from good music to 50’s crap that makes me want to stick a fork in my eye. Good people we liked to see here have left for a variety of circumstances. In the future, we get a much better deal at the local Dennys, where our tab for dinner, drinks, dessert, tax and tip was about the same as we spent on Freddy’s. Bye bye, Freddy’s, you were an awesome restaurant once.

They seemed better when they first opened. I went here yesterday with minimal expectations and that’s pretty much what I got. The burgers are VERY over cooked and burnt. If your specialty is «steak» and super thin, than overcooking shouldn’t be the norm. I’m not a health nut and wanted the grease but the flavor was gone. I ordered the fries and onion ring combo with my meal. When my order came up the young man who set it out looked and saw the onion rings that were charred as well. So I said«are you serving these»? He looked a little embarrassed as he should and just sort of shrugged. Kind of like«I wasn’t the cook»… Lol. I took my order and requested another order of rings to be brought out, which they accommodated. The place was pretty crowded so obviously most people like it. I suppose you could call it good hangover type of food or a greasy spoon spot, but what I’ve known in the past is that this chain was a step above the rest. Some side notes. I asked for a side of cheese sauce which I got as well as replacement onion rings. There just a bunch of kids running the outfit, but a Manager should be checking quality on Freddy’s reputable name. Training issues and a Franchisee who pretty much lets it run on auto pilot is my take on this place.

Great food for cheap and it’s fast. My only complaint is our burgers were too salty. We’ll be coming back

I sat for five minutes at the window at the drive-thru(after placing my order), waiting for someone to take my payment; after that I spent over ten minutes waiting to receive my order of fries. My husband actually had to get out of the car and go inside to let the employees know we were still outside waiting. My order was messed up too: I was given the wrong custard dessert, and it melted down into liquid by the time the fries were finally given to me. The fries were hot but were thoroughly coated in salt. A dessert and an order of fries cost a little under $ 10.00.

I can’t get this place out of my mind. My burger was a black paper towel: same pattern, same height, just burnt-black instead of white. Grungy ‘fountains’ for dispensing ketchup and thousand island(see special sauce) and absurdly salty fries. If I never ever have to eat here again, that would be a blessing. I’m told the quality was atypical of Freddy’s but I haven’t eaten at another location, so maybe they’re all this thin, this crunchy black, and this salty. Enjoy!

Gah, I LOVE Freddy’s! It’s you’re pretty standard burger/fry joint but I think the quality(at least at this location) is a little better than most fast food places. Their burgers are really thin so I usually get the burger hot dog combo. Their burgers remind me of how my grandma would make burgers, a really thin grilled party. I like their pickles and the toasted bun. I ALWAYS make sure I top my burger their special sauce. Their hot dogs are amazing. They’re grilled and a little toasted and come on a toasted bun. Their fries are really skinny and salty but I am a fan. I haven’t ever tried the custard, which seems to be their thing — but one day when I’m not a total pig I will!

I’ve only gotten the custardy ice cream goodness from the drive thru. The chocolate and vanilla in the waffle cone is the way to go. Huge. Delicious. I can’t say anything about other food or service. I just know I make sure to find a reason to grab a cone of happiness when near the mills.

I didn’t care for Freddy’s. We had a double burger, chili cheese hot dog, fries, and onion rings. Everything was too salty for my taste. Hubby thought it was ok.

A couple years back I was so thrilled when Steak’n’shake moved to Colorado. One of my favorite parts of traveling through Kansas and Missouri was Steak’n’shake. But I was really disappointed with their service and quality. Fast forward a little bit and Freddy’s moves in near Colorado Mills! I love their steak burgers! The quality is top-notch and super delicious. The staff was friendly and the drive through time was really quick. I went right at the peak of the lunch rush, but the wait wasn’t bad at all. I recommend their Freddy’s Original Double. It’s super delicious! Be sure to make it a combo(their fries are redonk) with a shake!

Freddy’s opened up in the Colorado Mills shopping area recently. I stopped by to try their frozen custard. The dirt and worms sundae was good. It was an Oreo sundae with gummy worms on top. The custard was smooth and creamy. I look forward to trying their steak burgers and hot dogs. The drive through employee was friendly and cheerful, which is nice. The building is close to the Noodles and Co.
