I have always had good luck with the Best Western hotels that I have stayed at. This location is very big. Our room was spacious and very clean. There is a really nice breakfast spread and it is part of your stay. The sheets and towels were clean and white. They were in excellent condition. The bed was heavenly, soft and supportive at the same time. The comforter on the bed was soft with amazing pillows. I didn’t want to leave my bed. The staff were amazing. We came in very late and my daughter was«Hangry»(Hungry & Angry). The lady who checked us in made my daughter a plate of food from there breakfast items. It was very kind of her. Definitely recommend.

Great value for the price I paid. parking was perfect, right in front of my room. Big room with two beds. Beds were good. Wi-Fi was working sometimes and the remote was broken so I had to enter the numbers. Breakfast was ok. Nice place will stay here again if needed. MINIFRIDGEAWESOME! And Coffee/Tea packets! The door had a chainlock and bolt lock and double blinds. AC unit worked great!

We needed three nights in town for a wedding and I can’t remember the last time I stayed in a motor in or hotel. Location was excellent, had a great pool and the Office staff and room service staff were all very nice and cheerful! Other than that, it was a motor in. We didn’t have breakfast and the drunk guys downstairs taking shots til about midnight. well all things aside, we got our money’s worth. Clean, no frills, very nice help. Oh and no password messing around with the WiFi. That was nice.

The location of this hotel is perfect, everything is close by. The biggest issue we had was when the breakfast, for the price of staying here there should of been more besides cold cereal, waffles, and hard boiled eggs.

I needed to overnight in the Seattle-Tacoma area for 1 night and was looking for a Best Western. Prices in Seattle for Best Westerns were absurd! Since I had to transit southward, I also entertained the Tacoma area and this location came in at the lowest price. First, I know Lakewood and that it is a weird area. All of Tacoma is, too, and it is dissed on by Seattleites regularly. However, this hotel is in a decent part of Lakewood. South of here are the big houses tucked away behind thick stands of evergreens on Steilacoom Lake, Gravelly Lake, and American Lake, all of which are hidden from view. The area around here is made up of middle class 1 story homes and strip malls. Don’t go too far north of the hotel into South Tacoma. The hotel is a brick colonial 2 story exterior corridor structure. It looks like it would be more«at home» in Missouri or North Carolina than it does in Washington state. The rooms are large. All of the latest amenities are there. The furniture consists of all dark wood colonial pieces. The bed was super comfortable. The only part of the room that didn’t seem updated was the tub-shower combination with old style tiled walls. There is a pool. The continental breakfast had plenty to choose from … and that much appreciated waffle maker. There were license plates from all over the U.S. in the parking lot, and the guests seemed mostly like families and couples traveling. Lastly, the people at the front desk on every shift were very helpful and friendly.
