This store has great customer service and very generous with the refund policy. Every time I’ve been here, the employees have been super friendly!

I’ve never met such an officious bunch of employees. I had not one, not two, not even three, but FOUR different employees ask me if they could help me find anything. (I was only looking for one thing, and I’d already found it). But I’m not complaining – they must have trained these people right. Better to be too helpful than not helpful at all. At any rate, I found the prices to be too expensive for what I was looking for, but with their incredible selection of all kinds of home goods, I’m sure I’ll be back.

I’ve been to a few BBBs in my time and this one was just like the rest. I’d normally score the selection a 4, but I was a bit dissatisfied with our checker. She just didn’t really seem to care. I’m not a regular BBB shopper, and likely would only go with my wife, but I wasn’t overly impressed.

I was very happy to find this store considering the other one I know of is near Cherry Creek, which isn’t very convenient for this suburb dweller.
I came in because I bought a faulty sonic jewelry cleaner at the Cherry Creek location, and I wanted to exchange it. I should have known by the look of the box at Cherry Creek that it wasn’t a new item, but I figured it was fine and bought it anyway. Stupid me. Don’t buy things in boxes that look like they’ve been opened/​used.
The woman at the customer service desk was friendly and helpful, and showed me the location of the cleaners. I didn’t find what I was looking for, so another associate helped me place an order for one and it was delivered right to my house! Sweet!
It was a little bit of hassle trying to find this place originally, but I figured it out with the help of some store associates at the mall across the street. Thanks guys! And no thank you to Google maps!

This one is OK.
I much prefer the two-​level store in Cherry Creek North.
This one has a racetrack layout with alcoves dedicated to specific product areas.
It does not have the fine china section that CCN has.

What’s to say about BB&B that hasn’t already been said?
Well: If you’re not familiar, their 20% off coupons can save you a pretty penny on their larger items.
They’ve got a little of everything *Hence the Beyond* and being something of a Domestic Diva, I always enjoy a stroll through. And can usually find something I just «need» for my house.
Word to the wise: Keep a stack of those coupons in your car so you can grab ‘em when you need ‘em.

Typical BBB location — in a strip mall, ample parking, friendly staff, most all products you think you want or need. It’s organized like all BBB stores — kitchen area through the front door, ending with towels and bathroom products as you make the loop. It’s not the smallest BBB I’ve ever been to, but it’s not the biggest, either. It definitely serves its purpose.

Love this place — prices are reasonable with the 20% coupons that come in the mail and in the paper. Plus they will let you use more than 1 at a time and will even take them after they have expired — awesome!
I have always gotten great customer service at this store. I went to check out Christmas Eve and realized I had forgotten to pick up something and the cashier actually offered to go get it for me! Unfortunately they were out of stock but the effort was SO appreciated!
Also, you can’t beat their satisfaction guarantee. I bought a Dyson vacuum there a few years ago. I was a little worried about spending that much money so asked them about their return policy and was told that if I changed my mind for any reason (even after using it) that I could bring it back and get store credit toward something else. I LOVE that! So nice to make a big purchase and know you don’t have to be stuck with it if it doesn’t live up to your expectations (that Dyson did live up to my expectations by the way and I am still impressed with it several years after the purchase).
The sale racks are awesome too! You can get some pretty great deals on stuff that is already open but still in great shape!

This is smaller than the bbb that’s on 1^st in Denver /​Cherry Creek. However, this one is not crowded and each time i went, somebody asked if i needed help. When i was pregnant up to here and bought a set of pot, they helped pick it up, stroll it around and put it in the car.
Today, i went to buy a humidifier. I asked if i needed to buy an extra accessory, and the sales lady went to ask someone that knew better. Come to it, i did not need it. I just call that nice service.
