This place is horrible! BIG mistake was booking through SW Hotels, associated with Southwest Visa, They use Orbitz, didn’t know that. they have No Refund policy. Requested No Smoking, of course room reeked of smoke, changed rooms, (it’s now 11.30pm after traveling all day) Second room wallpaper was peeling off the wall, tiles on the floor cracked, broken and filthy, bathtub hot water would not shut off and ran all nite. Spider webs in corner of room. First time ever in a hotel with free breakfast and not a person in site. I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like, yikes. Spoke to clerk at desk and mentioned all the problems with the room. She said she knew it had been that way for weeks. Spoke to manager who just said NO REFUND. Obviously didn’t stay for second night that was paid in advance. DON“T DO IT!!!
