Five Guys Burgers and Fries

A wee bit on the slow side, but food is awesome and the staff aren’t totally oblivious unlike some other fast food in town.

Came in after a long flight right before closing and the guys didn’t disappoint! Kyle T greeted us with a smile and everyone was really friendly.
I love the convenience of this location, right off the interstate.
The fries were perfect, the sandwiches were outstanding and perfectly prepared to order, and the service was great.
Thank you guys for serving us even though it was late, you rock!

A bit expensive but no line personally I hate their fries but from my understanding I’m in the minority

Checks all the boxes of the standard 5 Guys experience. Burgers made freshly with ingredients you choose and lots of extra fries!
The location was clean and bright. We were the second group of people to visit but the crew had already started cleaning activities so I imagine it stays pretty clean.
The crew during our visit was fast and courteous. All 6 burgers were made with care and had numbered stickers that correlated to an itemized receipt that made it easy to figure out burger ‘ownership’.
The parking lot can be somewhat hairy with the lot entrance, Starbucks drive-​thru, and parking spots all converging near the entrance to 5 Guys. Be sure to look both ways before crossing!

You can’t really go wrong with Five Guys burgers and fries.
This location yields solid burgers and fresh made-​to-​order fries. If you want the most bang for your buck, be sure to ask for your burger ‘all the way’. Also, don’t pass up the Cajun fries… you won’t regret it.
Despite our large order, 6 burgers and 3 fries, everything was made correctly and came out in a jiffy (only took about 10 minutes tops).
Parking can be tricky since it’s a high traffic location (Starbucks is right next door).

The issue that I had here happens often with restaurants who offer mobile ordering. The ordering is convenient but it seems like the establishments aren’t training their staff to manage it.
I placed a mobile order and told them I was there when I arrived. They handed me the beverages and I waited.
I watched many people order at the counter and receive their food so finally I asked. The person behind the counter looked up and my order was sitting on a shelf and had been there the whole time.

Meh. Just good. Not spectacular. Reminded me of Burger King. For the price I prefer Square 1 or S&L. Good service and atmosphere though.

Newly renovated and exceptionally delicious. I have been driving by Five Guys for almost a year now and have always wanted to stop in. I finally did and I was amazed. I ordered a little bacon burger with onion, tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. The condiments made the burger explode with flavor. The beef patty was juicy and prepared perfect! Staff were polite and professional. I am going to be making this a weekly trip.

Five Guys = Five Stars! This location is currently in its Grand Re-​opening (as of 8÷1÷15) after being remodeled. Apparently it looked closed from the outside, which is why Unilocal is showing it as closed. Hopefully this will be corrected soon (I’ve reported it, hopefully others will too).
The burgers & fries as always are excellent and the staff is super friendly. We stop at this location a few times a year on our way to Tampa and we have never had bad service or bad food here. :)
They now serve milkshakes to which you can add BACON!!! For no extra charge!!! Yes, I said BACON!!! :)
The remodeling shows in the dining area — new chairs and tables, including some high tops. The womens bathroom was redone to be a larger one unit and more handicap accessible. I’m sure the men’s room was remodeled also, but no one our party needed to use it. I also appreciate that the remodel included new floors which are no longer slippery to walk on! A plus as it’s raining today and water is being tracked in.
The only downside to this location is that the parking lot is kinda small (ok– it IS small but there’s really no room for expansion). If you turn left to park (from the entrance off the street) and the lot is full, you will have to back out as there is no where to turn around. There is a Starbucks with a drive thru next door (if you turn right) so there can be a lot of cars and people moving in and out of the area. Just be careful and don’t hurry.
This location is right off of I4 so it is very easy to get to, grab a quick bite to eat, then continue on your way. :)

I love their burgers. I like that I can order online and I always get quick service. Never had a problem. Favorite burger place.

Excellent Five Guys! Went with my family and I had little cheeseburger. Great size and perfect for kids as well as adults! Their fries are the absolute best ever and this location has two Coke beverage machines that are super cool, you are able to choose from literally 10 different types of coke products! The facilities are clean and the customer service is superb!

Parking lot is ridiculous at 11:30 on a Sunday no parking only a dozen parking places if that many. Starbucks next store makes even worse!

Might have been good. Will never know, since it shares only a handful of parking with a Starbucks. There is not even a good turnaround when you get stuck in there and discover no spots. And of course this being Florida, if you do spot someone making their way to their car to leave, you can count on a 5 – 10 minute wait while they do who knows what with no regard for the poor, hungry occupants of the car waiting for them to leave. Do yourself a favor and go to the Wendy’s down the street.
Actually, I do like Five Guys, but I think the market will punish this location for not having better parking arrangements.

Other than the terrible parking, its one of the best places in north lakeland to get an awesome burger! I love hiding in the little corner tables and devouring a delicious greasy burger.

Amazingly friendly staff! So far they have the best hot dogs in town and pretty good burgers made fresh just the way you like it. And I love that they cook it all in front of you :)

Just had my first visit to a five guys restaurant. Staff was really friendly and explained the different options, all about the Cajun styled fries and about the complimentary peanuts. A fun place to grab a burger.

Where to start, while atmosphere was good, but the food and the music were the problem.
Food was too greasy and the music made me feel like I was back in a club. If y’all are known for your burgers I’m sure that’s as a company not this location. Great staff that’s how you got half a star… Good luck.

This is the place to go for your decadent burger fix. The cajun fries should be outlawed; way too addicting! Healthy? No. Yummy? You bet your a*s.

Great little location for a quick meal on the way to Tampa.
I stopped eating red meat over 3 months ago and I didn’t want to be a party pooper so I went in hoping for an alternative.
Luckily they offer grilled cheese and also a veggie sandwich for those who do not eat meat. I went with the veggie sandwich with a side of Cajun fries. The veggie sandwich was actually pretty good and filling. It had sautéed onions and mushrooms topped with a tomato.
The service was quick from taking orders to getting them out.
I would definitely stop here again if I had to.

My first time at this chain. I must say the food was good. Very fast, friendly service. The food was very expensive which was the only draw back. However I would eat her again.
